You can get cheap rods and a drill at a local hardware store but it usually ends up getting stuck in the vent so I suggest paying a little extra to get it professionally inspected and cleaned.

It does!!!! If you look at it the right way.
Here in Germany we mostly use condenser dryers. So we don't really have those dryer vents at our houses. If one has an older dryer model, then maybe. So no need for us to clean this much of lint. It's solely collected in the dryer. And of course then cleaned. The collected water from the dryer tank can be used to water your plants for example.

I rarely use my dryer, I hang outside or in my basement, every couple years I remove my 8’ dryer hose vent and replace it .

@@lintawayductcleaning Have you considered respirator masks? My brother wears one when his allergies are really bad (He's allergic to dust) and the respirator works like a charm!!!
