Do you have knowledge of a great site like yours for mid Idaho residers😂. I meassaged Dave about a Government issue which he responded with why you don't talk about it. Thank you for the response Dave. I can't seem to find a site like yours for the Lewiston and surrounding areas. I was able to visit it for a quick evening and morning afternoon before I had to leave back to Washington. I am keeping track of the items you talk about so I can be prepared with these questions for Lewistown area. I don't do social media other than TH-cam so that probably is a downfall of info. Seems everyone loves the CDA area(you tube) but I'm looking to settle down in a smaller place and a little slower pace. I think it would be better for my kids too. Working and school.
Currently live in Olympia and have for the last 15years. Obviously our voting here is outmatched by Seattle population and winning our state back to reality will never happen. Beautiful state ruined by, well....not so smart people.

I do not, but I probably should. We can definitely connect you with an agent down that way if needed, just let us know. There are some great small towns in N idaho that might suit your needs. Check out: Priest River, Spirit Lake, Hope, Clark Fork, and Bonners Ferry.

In the Seattle area its mainly rainy damp dark in the winter a drier climate would be good.

Were you saying the gloom lasts from February-April, or the entire winter? Hubby and I are looking to possibly build a new Greenstone Home once this election is 100% settled. Coming from the Seattle/Everett area and I NEED as little gloom as possible. My heart sank when you mentioned the gloom. Could you please be more specific? Thank you so much!

Also, we can help with new builds as your representation! The builders pay our fees and you won't get a discount for not using your own agent, so there's no reason not to! And then you'll have someone specifically advocating for you at the negotiation table.

'Are you looking for isolation...?' With the rapid growth in the area isolation is quickly becoming a thing of the past.

Possibly but when I visited Lewiston and was downtown at 530 there was barely any traffic...definitely no walking traffic. So that was already a great pro vs con. It just felt like a small town but big with amenities around. I know what crowded is because I live it now. I could probably live downtown and still feel good, that's just the way it felt. But really I just need a landing spot until I find the perfect land spot to build my home.

That's true, but there are still some small towns up here that fit that bill.

Wife and I WILL be out there. The only question is when. The logistics of it is daunting. Sell our current house. Get a place in Nor Idaho. Head spins just thinking about it. Wife needs a few more years until 100% vested and will get full retirement.
