I guess it feels like it speed up but it might be exported in 60 frames instead of 29,97.

I was thinking more like 4.0 TO 4.5. Pretty good tennis.

He's an 8 UTR, so high (obviously, if he is in nationals), but not out of the range of local leagues.
Hard to believe this is 4.5 championship level. They played like average 4.0 local players in my area.
Your local 4.0 team should be national champion then
