I am a person who used ONLY marrow class and notes for learning pathology.and it was usefull for understanding.BUT when it came to exams , the content was not enough at all , many selection topics where not seen in the marrow notes .and now I really regret for not reading textbook (harshmohan/ Robbins) from the start along with the videos.
It seems to be more suited for neet pg and usmle.. so in the long run it would be helpful
