What you did with the basement is so creative!! I would have never thought of that, and it makes her "dungeon" look so good AND the exterior of the building. You're killing it Maddy!! Edit: Also, Clave having a raccoon and being in the law enforcement career is hilarious because raccoons are referred to as bandits. That should totally be his name, Bandit! 😂😂
For Clave, maybe get the observant trait. This will help when looking for suspects, as on introduction, you learn all the traits, which makes it a lot easier to find the correct suspect.

The difference between Clave and Marion's bedrooms, let's get one thing straight. Clave's bedroom is not plain. It's just normal compared to what's happening in Marion's room! That Lovestruck stuff is so garish.
Also, I used to have tiles very similar to that in my house. They are very commonly used indoors. That's why when you look at the jungle adventure tiles, the ones that are more beat up are the ones typically used outdoors as opposed to these currently being used, have a white grout which can show you that they are used indoors. That's why there is a distinction in the jungle adventure tiles. because the ones that are a little more beat up and uneven looking are the ones you use outdoors and the ones that have clean, beautiful grout.. are indoor tiles.
I love both let's plays but I'm open to whichever is easier and what's more enjoyable to play. If you don't see you doing much with Life and Death beyond the career, I think it's easier to just place it in Tiny Town since it involves maxing a career and aspiration. But if you do want to do more with exploring the world and maybe tarot collecting then it might be easier to keep it separate and live in Ravenwood.

At the start of the episode I wanted to suggest that Minato the criminal could be Clave's soulmate but I'm so glad you went with Elliot the cutest little raccoon, they're a perfect match I love what you've done with the place and how extra Marion's areas are Gameplay wise I think I'd like the life&death gameplay to be integrated with tiny town, although I'd still enjoy them separately too! Overall I like that Tiny Town mixes so many packs together, which is why the option of including the life&death gameplay here appeals to me. Either way I love this series and I will watch any video you put up regardless

@ After writing the initial comment , I thought of at least four more people I know that have those inside their homes 🤣. They're definitely used waaaay more outside nowadays, but they are cool floors that are easy to take care of that help to keep the inside cooler in our hot summers, but I think most people here are used to stone floors (not actual blocks of stone, but like a polished conglomerate of stones and some kind of cement? I don't think TS4 has any flooring that looks like that, so the terracotta tiles make me very happy since they're at least a floor that is used in Spain and is in the game). ☺️👍
To help you sim become a celebrity have her take lots of pictures of her clothing creations and post them online. Also post pics of herself. She can also stream with the Get Famous drone. I say do whatever is easiest and best for you with the Lets Plays.
The stylist career is so challenging because you need so many skills to get promoted. Painting, writing, photography and I think charisma too. I think publishing books is a good way to get fame, so maybe Tulle can do that while building her writing skill.
I think the Grim Reaper career should be involved with the main let’s play because the drama of the Grim career is fun to see the funerals and death, and the more drama the better, especially a grim reaper and his/her family they may have to deal with. Oh, the paranormal career should also be fun with Life & Death!! You could even have a tart or reader!!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
You could take some space from the boiler room next door to add a staircase in for the woo-hoo dungeon. Makes it a little more elderly friendly for Marian!

For being world famous as a stylist I would get the drone and have them make style vlogs to share. Can also add a blogging aspect and do photography if styles then share them on social media and sell to publications. Also collecting celebrity autographs as if they were rubbing shoulders with celebrities styling them for events, you can sell them to collectors and gain a little fame.

Some rural homes DO use those terracotta tiles in Southern Spain. My dad's home has them. Wood floors are not that common, tho.

Tbh the burnouts don't prevent promotions, that's the work rivals, it just makes it harder to get promoted.
