For the low blow guard, do you recommend a no foul guard or groin guard? I’m not sure which to get bc no foul guard seems better but the groin guard is smaller and might be better for mobility. Also, are both common for sparring or one over the other?

if you’re sparring hard more than once a week you should probably get a no foul, more protection, and smaller chances of injury.
