That spring water looked crystal-clear. Kudos for going a lot further than most in that swamp. Very relaxing video - no one else around!
The spring was amazingly clear! We were hoping to get to some of Florida’s springs, but we can only find sites for one or two nights in a row, so would just be driving from places to place. That trail 🙄 and both of us had relatively new shoes on. Fun though!
What a beautiful place. Would have loved to live there in the winter months escaping the cold and snow. And that clear and fresh water, very nice.
It was so nice & quiet! I think it’s pretty cold there now - we had a completely frozen outside dog water bowl in the panhandle area of Florida the other morning 🥶

Is Cabin Lake or the 3 rustic tent sites near it shown on your video?
No - they are across the road from the area we were in. If you Google “Aiken State Park Campground Map Images” a couple should pop up that show where Cabin Lake is. We didn’t walk over there - next time!
