सौ बात की एक बात ये कि ये किस टाइप का शौक़ है इन लोगों का हूटर लगाने का? बहुत सही किया जा रहा है ऐसे लोगों के साथ चालान काट कर। किस बात के VIP? आप गाड़ी में बत्ती लगा कर और हूटर बजा कर क्यों चलोगे? आप पुलिस हो? आप पुलिस हो जो आपको किसी घटनास्थल पर जल्दी पहुंचना है जो आपके लिए रास्ता छोड़ें? आप ऐंबुलेंस हो? मरीज़ ले जा रहे हो आप अस्पताल? ख़ुद ही दिमाग़ी मरीज़ लग रहे हो? आप फ़ायर इंजन हो क्या? कहां आग लगी है जो बुझाने जा रहे हो? फ़ालतू का भौकाल बनाने की आदत पड़ गई है इन लोगों को और कुछ नहीं।

Why would you drive with lights on and hooter in the car? are you police? You are a policeman who needs to quickly reach a crime scene and clear the way for you? Are you an ambulance?
