Medics who works independent but mainly for evil. They have different radio frequency with each other. As medics they can still see the dead body icon on the map so they still notified like the medics in hospital. And gang can also call them personally. There are merit and demerit of using different medics. If they use hospital medics, they can choose to res on the spot with higher bill or res on hospital (they carried first to hospital) with lower bill. While independent medics can only res on spot iirc. I recommend following Kanae or watch his clips since he's pro as freelance medic Dokutaa K
Kotoka and Meloco is a Japanese if im not wrong. But somehow, they got in to the Nijisanji EN branch. Kotoka is a half-japanese, while Meloco is pure Japanese (CMIIW).
