@@nimaakhtarkhavari8766 Not true. We stayed at the Iberostar Bella Costa resort in Varadero. We were in the main building with elevators. We had a regular room on the 6th floor with ocean views ( choose even number rooms ) at no extra charge. There were no bugs at all in our room ... no ants...no cockroaches...no mosquitoes. None. The resort is just few steps to the beach and all the palapa bally style beds all over the resort was free for all guests to use. No need to join any Royal Service or Privilege service upgrade extra pay plan to enjoy so much. Always had clean towels everyday and the staff are super friendly. The server even keeps walking by the pool area to see if guests needs more drinks. There was a free mojito cart that circulated the pool area too. Fresh coconut water every morning from the coconut trees on the resort. Lunch was always served at the restaurant literally facing the ocean. I had the same question. I think the video was made very early. Cuba, rhum, party, people sleep late! We was there on november 2018. Amazing!
