Hi Ammar Yahya, I am sorry but I have no idea how to solve the problem. It could be a lot of things. My recommendation is to start the course with a new and clean version of R. Have a good day.
Ammar, you do not have write permission in that folder. Do you have issues deleting or adding things to your Documents? If you do not, I suggest you uninstall R and then reinstall.
