We need to allow 100% foreign ownership not only in 'public services' but also in 'public utilities'. This will speed up our economic development. Tens of millions of jobs will be created by this.
You might as well sell your country if you don't place certain controls and restrictions to foreign ownership of essential services, utilities and assets. What's preventing foreign investors from coming here are our corrupt gov't officials and bureacracy.

Unless the Filipino toxic culture changes to reflect the issues he raises on this trip to the UN, his vision will fade like smoke in the once dreaded Smokey Mountain of Tondo.
