    Ugh. I would have definitely returned it as well. To me It should be nothing less than perfect.

    I bought a card holder from a store, when i got in the car i realized the CD was crooked and a part of the leather was lifting. It was the only color they had in the color I wanted so I had to settle for a black card holder instead. 12 days later the stitching was coming loose. They are sending me a different wallet soon and I really hope its nothing less than perfect. How disappointing for you to experience.

      Hi lovely 💜 Oh my, so even their SLGs in the live boutiques are so poorly made? Sad too hear about your experience too! It’s annoying when Dior commercials are so stunning and artistic focusing on craftsmanship, but the actual items advertised are not as perfect.

    It's happening to me from Gucci and Saint Laurent stores too. Scuffs on leather, a piece of glue on a bag, a scuff on sunglasses...incredible you pay a lot and they don't even check their items . There's no quality control.

    I went to store to purchase my saddle belt bag and realized the thread was coming out. Went back to the store to exchange for a better piece and all 4 has defect 😢 no choice but to take the one that has lesser defect. Horrible

      Oh my, so disappointing! I can imagine how excited you were to come & buy the bag, but then noticing that 😱 Well, there’s also an option to not buy any of those defected ones, or try visiting another boutique 👀 I’m just shocked the products both online & live have defects

    It happened to me. I ordered from Dior and I got open box with used product. I understand.

    Display items. I ordered a leather backpack from other brand. The scratches on Three areas.

      Hi Kelly! I’d think so too if not the uneven stitching… Who would use that for display? Sad to hear your backpack came defected as well:// This seems to be Diors ”trend”

    I ordered the same piece a month ago, which had clear deformation and scratches on the zipper. I got it exchanged, but still scratches on the zipper. Really disappointing!

      Oh my, then it’s the majority 😳 Thanks for sharing! I was wondering if it’s perhaps only me, but now I know… If it was only wallets I would think a defected line, but I’ve seen the same low quality on the belts

    That’s definitely disappointing doesn’t matter how much we spend we deserve to get quality product especially from a luxury brand. I’m surprise 😮 I would definitely return it. You should buy in store no more ordering online after 4 times. They need to fire the small goods quality control person absolutely unacceptable

      Agree dear! Returned it of course, and never ordering online from them again, ever. Based on comments here I’m not the only one who notice similar quality issues. Honestly, I doubt they have quality control staff - most probably only fancy packaging staff out there… 💔

    Disappointing, but not first time I hear about it. No items with such defects are worth buying, even lower price wouldn’t justify it.

      Wonder if only the small leather goods production has such a low quality standard nowadays, or all Dior.

      @@lilac.moonlight OMG so many problems. I ordered some sunglasses like a month ago. One of the legs is very poorly pasted and the CD does not align with the other side. I kept them because I did not want to go through the process of going to the post office. In Dior beauty OMG!!!! sooo mad. I have been a Platinum member for the longest, they sent in Jan 2023 the Holiday Platinum gift to a batch of customers that even customer service agreed' were influencers and youtubers. The value of that gift was around 200$, they made all the other "mortals' like me wait to receive it till two days ago and the platinum 2022 holiday gift sent to the "last batch" of loyal customers was barely 60$. Super unfair when the amount you spend in a year is well over 6,000$ and we were promised the holiday gift as well.

    Just return it and exchange it. I am surprised that Dior will send defective products.

      I’ve exchanged a belt back in September, the replacement one also had defects. The customer care were informed back then, but did not react. So I am won’t be exchanging or ordering again after 4 orders in a row like that. Will just return and shop in live boutique only in the future…
