Does the armma felony have like no grip at all??? Or is the TC just completely off? Just ordered one hope the handling is ateast decent for bashing and hooning

You need to try running there again but with the gold hoons on 100 percent you would definitely win more and your drifts will be more controlled
Is the felony easy to drift with harder rubber ?
From all the videos i have seen it looks very hard to hold a nice drift
You both did great on the track & looked like yu both had fun which is what it's all about eh. 👍 The club racers make it look easy, but it's really not! Takes lots of practice. Have a nice evening /day from 🇬🇧

Great vid,guys. You did really well. To learn the art of drifting try switching hard tyres. Plastic is great as you will be able to spin out the wheels a lot easier. The art of drifting is not really about power, it is about sensitivity. If you start with hard plastic tyres / wheels you will be able to learn how to change direction which is what it is all about. Once you have "The touch" step up the game to rubber tyres with a lot of power and smoke the joint ... more than those Nitro guys :) AND Amber, you are most definitely improving. Keep up the good work guys :)

Great channel guys! I got into the hobby when I saw your video trx4 vs scx24. Got an scx24, then an element enduro. Now I just got the slash 4x4 vxl and holy shit it's fun.

Man, those guys at that track are real pros. It's like walking into a slaughterhouse, with all those talented drivers. But, you guys did well. I feel like a newbie compared to those guys.
I used to race in that class which is 8th scale nitro onroad, pinnacle of onroad rc.
Surprised its even drivable on the track with hoons
Amber!! Ur doing better at this track because it’s wider!! You see more road instead of Barriers so there for your not looking at them as much!! It’s just like when your driving a real car look at where you wanna go not at what you don’t wanna hit because 80% of the time your going to hit it if

U r a perfect body copy of Flying Beast man...BTW I find it much better than traxxas Xo1 in every aspect expect for the rear and front tire size variation...which limits it's tire changing capabilities like really man

I'm guessing you need to lighten your steering grip.. You might be a little too nervous and grip too hard and turn too fast.. Same for your trigger finger.. Hope it helps!

Joe’s a long haul airline pilot on the Airbus A350 and I am an Operations Manager for a multi media company 😊
Amber you accelerating in the wrong spot, start increasing acceleration half way in to the curve and punch it after the corner is done, joe can do it better because he has a better drift control, with those tires anyone sucks, ask one of those pros to take a couple of laps with your car and you will see they don't look so good too 😁 get so proper racing tires and you will see that your car will match all the others on that track a lot better

Exact opposite use intended for the high speed gearing..
On road racers are more serious about racing than probably anyone that rc races. (& FAZT!)
Too competitive IMO. I did that for 1 year. Flying rc nitro helicopters was LESS straining! 👍

About 75% of drift controlling is throttle control. Learn how to "feather" the throttle through the turn, that car would destroy that track if you had the Gold compound hoons tires, which would give it more grip and with the right driver and track tuning would fly past those nitrous.
I feel like the felony needs to be ran on a big oval track lol…the speed of that thing from 0 to 60 is insane

I always use drift tires on asphalt & street tires on dirt, for less grip and more scale speed behavior = more realism. 👍
I‘d actually love to see a pro racing series with 1/5 scale rc cars and semi-drift tires with less grip.
After hearing it I can’t unhear it. The nitro/gas motors sound like angry birds. Sorry.

TIP for Amber:
Find a non congested track and go practice for a few hours a day. Get the feel for the car. They all have personalities just like people. Once you understand it's attitude, it'll feel like an extension of your body. It's movements and feel become natural to you.
You'll be smoking those little oil burners in no time.
Practice makes perfect.
I have a built arrma senton that destroys everything on our local track. It's not the truck that's the best, It's only good because that's all I race and all I practice with. It wins because I feel the truck when I race it. It's a beautiful thing.
