Thank you. I have a high ankle sprain I’m recovering from last June and while I don’t have a lot of general pain anymore when I went to put on my favorite wedge sandals it was hard for me to walk after only a few minutes in them. I was so discouraged since I’ve been growing my heel collection and am scared to try anything else I own. I’ll be back in my high steppers this summer I know it 🥰🤞🏾

      Hi!
If you fractured your ankle and have had some pins and plates, you might need a little more time to get range of motion and stability needed to wear heels. Please speak with your doctor or physio about the proper exercises for your situation. The ones I go over in this video could work for you as just a small part of a program to help you restore function. There really is never just any one exercises or just a couple that will do it. It's good that you are able to walk in wedges. That tells me that heels could be back in your future! Please do check with a professional in your area though for the best exercise recommendations.

this is Perfect. I'm preparing for 8 inch heels atm as the club I want to work at has an 8 inch heel minimum! Yikes! Lol this will definitely help prevent klutzy injury haha. Thanks!
