The captions were wrong
That is what she actually says but even with the captions being wrong it’s a top bar for me. The captions say “Niggas wanna see a dead body” someone craving violence and wanting someone dead (double entendre Iykyk) Probably locked in n rotting” Instead of locked n loaded” Because no one cares a loaded gun in they’re home specially if there’s kids in the house and even if it was loaded the chamber will rot n decay without proper maintenance so for someone wanting violence so much that they have a gun that they never use it’ll decay over time or for someone who even does use they’re gun for violence you may have the weapon but them automatic clips go fast specially the more you shoot so now you got a weapon with no ammunition. Which can also be said bout most of todays rappers yeah they got the fame (weapon) but you don’t really have anything to say except for drugs, hoes, sex, murder.

Basically saying you don’t know your firing an round”
Meanwhile she’s over here crafting her bullets and best believe she knows how to use her weapon
She’s the best female rapper period. Forget the UK, she’s the best rapper of the past 5 years along with Nas. Her last 3 albums have all been instant classics and it’s an absolute joke she’s not both marketed better by her label and disrespected so much because she’s a small artist. One of the best artists in the world right now. Before any of you start talking shit in the replies, can you listen to her albums first because they’re top tier
I've only listened to a few of her song but every single one was S tier. But 'Introvert' is beyond for me, the song, the lyricism, and video are fucking incredible and it made me feel overwhelmed in the best way possible. She's absolutely amazing.
@@MorteDallAlto mate, I’d really recommend listening to her last 3 albums, Grey Area, Sometimes I Might Be Introvert and No Thank You. All 10/10s for me and SIMBI is the best album of the 2020s decade so far too. Individual songs I’d recommend if you can’t be arsed doing that are Offence, Flowers, I Love You I Hate You, Standing Ovation, How Did You Get Here, Silhouette, Heart On Fire and Broken. She’s unreal

It's because she's a female. It's hard not to acknowledge the fact misogyny runs deep in rap culture. Don't matter how great she is, no label would wanna take on that chance simply for what she is. You know for sure if she's was a dude, she would've been at almost the same level of success and attention as any mainstream artist right now.

Yes. Simz is easily the best female in the UK and in many people’s top 10 men or women. As a fully-formed artist, she’s arguably one of the best we have right now, her back catalogue is INCREDIBLE.
