BTS's vocals just aren't... as strong as any of the groups I mentioned earlier. I can understand why most people wouldn't even bother comparing vocal talent to G.O.D., or DBSK nowadays since idol companies don't even have strong vocal groups anymore, including the big 3. Both those groups I mentioned could not only dance, and had charm, but could make some really amazing music. I don't get the same vibe from most of the current groups. I think BTS has a long way to go.. specifically the vocal line. I don't like the current EDM trend that groups are going for. When I see B.A.P. doing their rock performances in Japan it reminds me of the old groups, and that raw power they had on stage. I think that's what all current groups should strive for.
i generally prefer BAP over BTS but i just think its going to take a long time for BAP. I also dont think BAPs cutesy style they have going on will fly in the US as well as BTS
