    Awesome! Thank you for the tips. If you could make a video about, what made you decide to look for another apartment? In that, can you recap some pros of cons of we’re you currently live. Can you also talk about the cost of utilities?

    Parkside gardens was nice but anything that’s $1,500 or up need to have a separate shower space or is it just me… and I don’t moving anywhere that does not have a tub accessibility lol I like taking baths every now and again… but I definitely loved the tours I’m thinking of moving to Houston soon

    Dam girl you still looking for apts way out there in the country?! Lol I told you come where I’m at. Live in the loop. I promise life is sooo much different and better. Trust me you will never go back or regret it. Anything from the Heights, River Oaks, Midtown, Rice Military, Montrose, Upper Kirby is where you wanna be at. You will have endless activities to enjoy. Tons of food and something for everyone. Some even within walking distance with access to many things.

      How is the crime living within the loop? What area would you suggest the most from the ones you listed for a young single woman?

    • @rogeliosoto6953
      @rogeliosoto6953 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Don't forget to include the $2000 rent in those areas.

      @@kate.c2759 sorry I’m just seeing this comment. Are you still looking? If so you can check neighborhood apps and they will tell you all the crime happening in specific zip codes and how bad it is. But just so you don’t have the wrong expectations this is Houston, the fourth largest city in the US. We have crime everywhere due to our dense population and diverse socio economic demographics. The type of crime will vary and some areas will have more than others. Long story short there are too many factors that can contribute. Just choose wisely. All the areas I mentioned have their spots where security might be better than others. Just remember you get what you pay for. Places w/ on site-security, lobby concierge, garage parking are usually going to be better guarded than those that are not. And probably the most family friendly out of everything I mentioned is the Heights. Many safe areas there’s but still has its shady spots. Safer than most of the others depending on what part of it you live in.

      @@rogeliosoto6953 you can’t just generalize that as if that applies to everything in the loop. There are shabby apts that run as low as $1100 a month in these areas. Some even less if you look right. But yea if you want the high end Lux properties then yes you’re looking at 2K a month minimum.
