My fave meals to make are soups and stews because I can put all the veges and beans in them and they last for ages. Also marinated tofu fried, fried broccoli and sweet potato mash. Or curry laksa with tofu and rice noodles.

i have terrible stomach issues and the doctors still haven't determined exactly what is wrong, so i try various diets and vegan was one of them, but every time i ate anything i got more sick than normal and threw up way more. i tried different brands from popular ones to not popular ones and it still made me sick. it's not that the food was bad because i actually liked the food, which is discouraging because i wanted to be vegan really bad!
