Class of '75 here. All I can say is, WOW! How much of "the Boro" was torn down to build this? Mansion Park? Good luck with all that. I loved going to "the Boro!"
A pedestrian bridge needs to be build very badly!!! There is a new hospital up the road and if someone is in a rush they are in real trouble! Sometimes cars can sit at the multiple cross walks for a long period of time waiting for kids walking non stop. There is no real management for cars or kids. At night the kids wear all dark clothes and don’t hit the flashing lights and its super hard to see them crossing until your dangerously close. Please take this area of need into consideration when planning your beautiful campus. It’s a hazard to kids and the general public. Thanks.
I'm an upcoming person coming here, its interesting looking at the school 13 years ago and looking at it now i'm like... construction is so interesting
@Lupos1987 That's all well and good. I'm just pissed off because my house in the ghetto was torn down and I can't "go home". But then, I'm not so sure that I would want to back. Besides, it isn't just Rowan, it's the borough itself. My old house was sold to the borough with the purpose of revamping the neighborhood. I knew that 10 years ago when it happened.
@xxxcowboysxxx I am from Glassboro, I go to Rowan, and I live on campus. Even if I wasn't from Glassboro, I am not hypocrite because I don't party, trash up the town, and give Rowan a bad rep. BTW your college tuition GOES TO THE COLLEGE. And can you name 5 great places in Glassboro for students to hang out and spend money that benefits the town? I can't, and I grew up here. That's what Rowan Blvd is about. Unifying the college and town in something that is great for both of us.
@xxxcowboysxxx Rowan doesn't bring that much revenue, actually. As of right now, there is nowhere in Glassboro for the college students to spend their money (by the way, I am one of the college students). That's what this project is about. Building up Glassboro so we can earn revenue from the college students who are only hurting us right now. Without the students, we'd probably be better off because they are destroying us. It's about time we got something beneficial from you sponges.

I wanna go here when I am older (I’m 10 right now XD) But I am in 5th grade in advanced math. And it’s gonna be bigger. I know that for a fact. Lol

I'd like to know what their plan is for handling the surrounding ghetto, part of which was torn down and yet has grass to grow!
@TragicIndeed yes, mansion is gone

What the fuck are you talking about? So many people on campus deal and there are many that live around here and don't go to the school that do so.
@RandomX856 Don't talk about stuff you don't know anything about!
@RandomX856 lmao!
@RandomX856 Then shame on you.
They forgot to add the drug dealers in this presentation.
