David is a great realtor. As a recent resident to Sun City’s East Argent development, I am glad I moved here, but there are some things to know while construction continues. First, good luck trying to get UPS or Fed Ex to locate your new home. The streets are so new they often aren’t on Google Maps. Contributing to this issue is that Sun City provides you a Bluffton, SC mailing address, but your home resides in the town of Hardeville. Some utility companies list your address as Okatie or Ridgeland, SC. It’s been frustrating getting packages delivered.
Great video. I am shocked though that the cheapest option (Duet) will run from $475,000 to over $500,000. Pricing this retiree out of the market unfortunately.
Just want to say that you should do your own cable TV show! You’re a great speaker! Many years ago there was a Saturday morning show we watched called "New Home Showcase”. Hint hint! Wish I would’ve known you before I bought directly from a builder. We’re living a nightmare not having someone in our corner.

Any of the units can be lock and leave. Pricing is changing monthly. Send me an email and I can get you current pricing. The Explorer Program allows you to stay in one of the houses for a few days and they will have a resident show you around. I'd love to meet you when you come down. Look forward to your email.
@lowcountrylifestyles The bridge over East Argent has no firm completion date, perhaps early 2025, if lucky. The traffic light across Argent is dependent on the SCDOT and when they think sufficient traffic patterns warrant the light. They may consider a traffic circle instead of a light, so we were told. The Sales team under estimate completion dates on the new Amenities Center, traffic light, etc. Also, new residents to Sun City West are battleing massive amount of Midges on home exteriors. HOA has to treat the lagoons to mitigate insects.

Great video, David! I know Alex said the Duet dues include the roof, but does it also cover all exterior maintenance like siding, gutters, etc.

Why is the maintenance fee “ higher” on the Duets ?
I believe they said because it covers roof maintenance.
For East Agent homes to the older sections, will you have to drive your golf cart across Argent Boulevard?
No there is going to be a walking and golf cart bridge that goes over Argent. There will also be a stop sign installed for cars.

Hello, what are the rules for having family members visit that do not meet the age requirements?
Under 19 can stay for 90 days in a calendar year. No rules otherwise.
I can’t believe you didn’t ask for the estimate for the activities center opening.
