I recently bought a dirty blonde guitar from my local music shop. The day before, I went in to check out some stratocasters but ended up playing the Shergold Provocateur SP12 Standard until closing time. Despite never enjoying Single Cut body guitars before, the staff handed me this guitar, plugged it into a Boss Katana amp with clean settings, and I was hooked. The warm yet punchy tone and quirky features make it an excellent choice in its price range. Now, this guitar is my new favorite, and I've officially changed my stance on Single Cut body guitars.
The Provocateurs are killer. I love that it can sound a little more Tele-ish with the coil splits, but then give you some Les Paul style fat rock tones with the humbuckers switched on. I love Shergold and I've been using their guitars for many years. They make some killer stuff!
My local guitar shop has one of these. I was checking out the reviews before maybe going in and trying it out. Think I will have a try at it and treat myself.

It’s insane value. I have the more expensive version and there isn’t a huge difference in feel, they’ve done a great job with this model
