Sadly it already exists. A case can be filed for defamation. But it might not really be a good idea to have that because most politicians would use it free speech would die in this country. People's mindset should change. They should look for proof before throwing allegations or shaming someone.

Exactly. I don't know a single girl/woman in my life who hasn't faced some kind of sexual harrassment in her life. While we need to be seriously concerned about the false accusations, we cannot trivialise the problems faced by women. There are so so many cases that are not registered due to fear of judgement, societal pressure, shame, psychology of victim blaming, lack of knowledge, etc.

Rightly pointed. It is so sad what Utsav is going through right now. None of us can even imagine what he and his family must have gone through. For years, on my social media, I've been trying to bring out the difference between what feminism actually is and what feminism has become today (fake). And unsurprisingly, it did not go down very well with my 'female' friends who called themselves flagbearers of faminism. The situation is such, that even if a guy points out something wrong about a woman, suddenly he is named anti-feminist, fascist, and what not. These women have gone so far in their supposed 'campaign' to bring feminism, that they have in turn become misandrist (people who strongly hate men/boys). Shame.

Thanks for making this bro. Outside of four or five news avenues, no one really covered my story - compared to the hundreds back when Kukreja floated that garbage about me. Partly because they'd have to admit that they maintained zero journalistic integrity or did any research while reporting about me. And partly because a 'man lied about by multiple women' story sets a dangerous precedent for actually true #metoo stories. I have more or less accepted this. I've been walking in and out of depression and a host of issues ever since 2018. I haven't been able to focus on making comedy or even my health because self pity is a beautiful drug. But I'm not going to let my circumstances define me. I am me and I know I have a lot to offer. I have lost practice over the last 4 years but I am building myself back and I'll hopefully be actually funny and not just some weird sexting cautionary tale. The whole comedy still likes to pretend like I don't exist. They have their Netflix and Amazon specials to protect.
And to everyone reading, hope you have a good life. I mean it. And don't ruin people's lives just because you have the opportunity or momentary power to do so. Life is short (as we clearly know now), so let's just focus on living the best version of it, yeah?
I feel bad for you Utsav. When you were part of AIB I used to like your performance and your personality. But suddenly all videos featuring you were taken down so I searched about the case and landed here. As a student I can't do much, but as an audiance we all can bring you back. IMPORTANT POINTS YOU NEED TO REFLECT ON IF YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT THIS :
1) You said you're not saying which one of them is wrong but you did say You stand with Utsav. Also you showed the girl with devil horns... So you invalidate your own point.
2) BOTH of them came up with their evidences and in the call recording there's nothing being said that shows she FALSELY accused him or that she's lying. All it shows is them arguing over his condition
3) You don't have to call people simp for feminism. Also don't stereotype feminism to ONLY women. Men are feminists too. Feminism is equality for all sex, identities and sexualities.
4) in this whole video, there's not a point where you say you support feminism (which you should) but rather make it all sound like Feminism is bad or that it's anti men.
5) Most of those accusations weren't proved false but dismissed because of lack of evidence. It isn't the same thing.
6) You have a platform, you're using it well (probably) and it's your choice what you want to out forward. But if you're going to make videos like this then you must take responsibility and also make videos and use your platform to talk about Feminism too. I watched the entire video and looked up articles you mentioned. Not letting someone say their side is cruelty period.It is heart breaking!
But what I need to add is I personally know women who confided in me that they were harassed and could not gather the courage to report because of the fear of their own defamation, retaliation. The fear of being known as the woman who reports everyone who talks to her.
This is the fear, that me too movement wanted to resolve, letting women speak without judgement.

For any blame related to sexual harassment to anyone, there should be strict police enquiry....and should be sent to jail for atleast 2 yrs...either women, men or any juvenile...
In the case of Nana Patekar and Tanushree there were actually very solid proofs in favour of Tanushree. Tanushree even did filed and a FIR against Patekar (and Shiv Sena too i guess?). Telling you this because it's a good video that you have made but later on people will scrutinize your all hard work after just one mistake. Best of luck:)
