I'm in your class, and I'm also a Fuel customer for my POD. I have to say they have the BEST customer service. The prices are the best too. Not a huge selection of items but kinda just right amount of the basics. Now the not so good, I've had beanies come back looking NOTHING like what I designed in size. And I've had huge difficulty with creating color variants on my website. But I've stuck with them cause of huge help through customer service. I'm with you, one thumb up SUPER video
Kerry, As you may or may not know, I've been using Fuel since September with both positive and negative experiences. First I'll address the positive. Initially, like you, I was not too impressed with the product selection, though I was very impressed with the color selection within those products. I, too, prefer the Bella & Canvas ring-spun cotton, or blend tees and offer most of my designs on them. When I started using them, I was very impressed with the turn-around time - until the holiday season came. Once people started ordering for Christmas, between the slowed turnaround at the vendor, plus the ridiculous backups with the post office, some orders took over a month to reach their domestic US destinations. Although the print quality is good, I've seen substantial fluctuations and color shifts within the same design on different shirts. However, I need to state my biggest problem with Fuel, and it's big enough that I'm gradually moving ALL of my listings to another POD. Their supply chain has pretty much sh*t the bed... (not sure of another way to share my impression of it). It seems that lately, every time a customer orders a shirt, they are out of that particular color and have no estimate as to when it will be available. It's horrible. 4 out of 4 of my most recent orders have not been available from Fuel, AND, there is no way to automatically track Fuel's inventory within your shopify store. Yes, you can check "Inventory tracked by Fuel" and you can check "Track Quantity" but it doesn't work!!! They DO have an online inventory checker, but it's an extremely manual process to try to keep your site with their inventory. So frustrating. As soon as i can move all of my products to a new vendor, i will no longer be using Fuel. I'll be sad to lose their low prices, but I need to be able to provide the products I list on my page consistently. Hope this helps!
@@rockroll9421 Still trying to work that out. I LOVE Fuel's color choices and the few products that they offer. BUT, not being able to track inventory on Shopify is pretty much a deal breaker. So, I'm still trying to weigh out the pros & cons, prices, products, and color choices of the other POD providers. I'm going to assemble it in a spreadsheet and will share it with Kerry's shirt school page.

Hey Tommy, I had this same issue in the past and it is frustrating. Have you made the switch to any other POD services? and if so where have you gone? - Ive never tried fuel and I curious to know what colors did they run out of? where they popular white/black? or more rare colors?
I've had good success with Fuel and Max provides great customer service. I will add though I have the same issue with placement being too low compared to the design placement stating 2" below the neck

Hi Kerry I had all my products in my unfinished store under fuel now I want to delete them all and go with another printer 😬. I have not ordered samples yet. I’d like to compare these two as well. To buy samples do the pod printers charge us full price or just shipping and base cost? How do we place a sample order through Shopify? A video on this would be helpful too. Thanks again.
If you check Fuel's facebook group you will see that many entrepreneurs are having a dismal experience with Fuel. Delivery times have been as long as a month. customer service just keeps on apologizing..
Fuel pod Shipping time is sucking now a days. Support is okay but an employes mistake and their system bug sent a wrong product twice so i am not happy with their service now... dropping a comment so anyone in future can think before going to fuel

Some PODs offer samples at a discounted rate, some don’t. I generally just make a draft order in Shopify and mark it down to $0.00
