But I would suggest you pause the game, and turn them off.
You also might want to check out the "weekly" version of the Popular Courses chart - go to "search" and go to "weekly" and select it and then you'll find it! (You can also filter by difficulty there too - for example, you can filter it to only "easy" levels)
The weekly section is full of music and 'refreshing' courses.

Beware of the refreshing levels, there are a lot (the drawings are comments, people are evil and try to block your view)

Its that if its night the smb2 mushroms will jump if mario does.
As people say, if the comments are too much trouble, you can disabled them on the pause screen. Also, I’d recommend avoiding “refreshing levels” or ones that look like them. They’re too samey, take up space on the courses tab, and while they may look cool at first, they get really old and annoying very fast.
Oh, and I should add that the comments are from the players, not the creator (unless the comment has a yellow border).
plus i don’t want to have to constantly cover my eyes or skip certain parts to not avoid feeling sick from refreshing levels lol

Those little drawing that you see in levels are comments made by other people. You can actually turn comments off through the settings if you don't want them in your way.
Ok the level I played was the playable shell I liked it a lot but my favorite one was the koopatroopa level
