If you want to avoid controversy, the dog/cat debate is NOT where you want to go, LOL! I'm a dog/cat person; grew up only with cats, was afraid of dogs until late teens, finally got a dog at age 41. Ginger died on 7/1/22; on 8/7/22 we welcomed puppy Gracie into the family. We were still grieving, but we could grieve and celebrate at the same time. I hope you get a puppy as soon as you're ready, John! Love the Paul update. What a wonderful experience! I've only had that happen to me in the field a few times. Folks on your retreat are going to really benefit from your guidance on discovering their vision and having more experiences like what Paul had. Yes, it's hard work, but most things worth doing are. Glad you're on the other side of the chemo, Cole!! Here's to your health 🙌
First kittens and then balloons! How exciting!! But seriously, I am so thrilled about the work y'all are doing with these videos and the retreat. The people who decide to do the work will receive so many ineffable benefits, even beyond their photography. I say that and you might think I've done the work and now it's done. Ha! No. Not at all. The work is an ongoing thing. But it is a beautiful, life enriching thing and not to get too woo woo or anything but I think that energy ripples out and benefits everyone. World peace via creating art and touching hearts and minds? Well, a girl can dream...
Isn't it kind of sad that we live in a relatively low input, high expectation world.... Someone else always does the heavy lifting. I'd love to come to a high input, low expectation retreat - next year maybe if it's a banger. Though my soft underbelly rarely gets an airing these days 🍻🐕

your retreat sound so inspiring!! So sorry I can't attend this year but hope to in the future.
I wish I could be one of the participants at either your retreat or tour. Whoever attends will be blessed I have no doubt at all!
Happy New Year!
And to you Jason!
