Another simple one. Good for practicing timing on long notes and internal feel along with staccatos and other techniques. Some parts were hard to hear. I just tried to complete with my feeling of what should be done for the song. I might be wrong in some positions and transcription. Look in the description, it’s a Washburn T24 Taurus bass.
A lot of bass guitars like yours, which some people consider cheap and nasty, are actually surprisingly good sounding instruments, too. Really, the amp matters a whole ton more than the bass itself.

As a beginner I always wonder why players play the 5th fret on a lower string when it is a lot easier to just play the open fret on the string above. What's the deal with that?
Fretted fat string gives slightly different tone than open smaller string, easier to control duration of a fretted note and muting, and generally easier transition to next note. I would say preference is usually for fretted note over open string, just my impression...

Why you play bass with pick?
What the different?
I learn bass just 1 week.
I cant play bass with my fingers.
I want use a pick, but i see more bass player dont use a pick.
Please help me. I want a reason to use pick. What the different.
Pick or fingers is just a choice of tone and context, get accustomed to use both equally. You cant get the attack a pick gives you and you cant get the expression fingers give
