@@barry4649 yeah that's the issue. alot of Americans just cba to get used to the accent, the word play and the slang when they can just listen to a us artist who they understand which is understandable.

You really can't see how Dave could say "free all my bros? Dave's actual brother got 18 to life for a murder he didn't commit himself. UK has conspiracy laws, so everyone that was part of the group that had the killer in it gets life.
The police aren't as kind towards those from bad neighborhoods/disadvantaged communities as they are towards the rest of society. Also kids are afraid of the cops from young, so why do you think they have this belligerent attitude towards the law? Also, unconditional love towards your family/close friends? If a close friend of yours gets provoked into a bar fight and punches someone, who happesn to get knocked out instantly, falls on the bak of his head, and dies, would you say free him, or would you say keep him locked up? Listen, either you get it or you don't, but understand that it is only because your experience with police is vastly different from that of someone from the hood.
This guy obviously knows his music. This is one of my favourite albums but I fully understand some of the criticisms

giggs verse on in the fire may not be lyrical or too crazy, however to us in the uk it’s his nostalgic voice and his delivery is insane. could understand others not appreciating his verse however

I get a heavy spoken word poetry with a hip hop twist vibe and it feels so much more intense than your average hip hop track
This UK cat is so unorthodox from his beats to his lyrics to his timing to his word play but as a whole it is 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I feel like a lot often gets missed and Daves wordplay is so good that it needs multiple listens but the UK style didnt get lost on him

I enjoyed this reaction but (no hate) I think this is an awful way to listen to an album first time. The fact that everyone is more or less giving the same ratings to all the songs tells you that everyone is feeding off of each others opinions before they can fully form their own
