Nothing better than a clean counter on a buffet! Way to go Jubilee!(Celebrity actually had 3-4 crew who’s only job was to wipe down the buffet counters) That Beef Carpaccio actually looked great (and I hate beef carpaccio)… that’s how good of a job you did with the photography!! 🤪😝🤪 (Love the music & the graphics too!)
We just got off the Dream last week and had some MDR dishes similar yours. The short rib and beef entree, yum! So good. Those desserts you had, we tried as well. The tuna, beef carpaccio etc. all good too. Thanks for uploading the video!
The buffet looks more like what we had on Princess than what we've had on Carnival. Definitely like walk up and get it better than standing in a line. Thanks for posting!
Nice video, thank you. I’m just curious how many times she used that same rag to wipe pans before she changed the rag or washed the pan..Plus that large container of egg isn’t on ice…Maybe she uses it all before the egg temps changes too much..
Some of the tastiest food on Carnival are their soups, no matter what venue. I haven't had a bad one yet in many years. There have been many that were just downright incredible. I can't eat the beef anywhere on the ship other than the steakhouse and then only as surf and turf so it's just a little. I'm from WY. That prime rib even looked horrible. Even as a rare cook, that color was so off. It has almost a liver taste to me and I have finally learned to just avoid it because it will never live up to what I know is good beef. If you ever make it to beef country and have a good steak here, you'll understand. That said, I won't order seafood in WY ; ) If I'm near the gulf, I eat shrimp. If I'm in the PNW, I eat salmon. Seafood on the ship, in general, is really pretty good! Go for getting it the first few days of the cruise. We sure loved Emeril's on the Celebration! I don't mind the small upcharge for good food. If you like the charbroiled oysters in New Orleans (Drago's are best) you'll like the ones at Emeril's. Also best breakfast on the ship. Edited again: That lady at the omelet station knows her business!

I'm a huge fan of the soups as well. I think it's what they do best👌
