some people think that gold overvalued now, but it not. If we adding dollar inflation during all period of time gold would be "all time high" when 1 oz would cost 3200$
We have to get Silver over the 50 dollar mark before we can talk higher prices in silver!!! Silver hasn't even peaked its 1980 high (Hunt Brothers). Once silver hits 50oz well talk!!! Yes, I love silver as do many others!!!! Keep stacking everyone!!!

If anyone has been following Hunter for the last 8+ years (I have) He has been predicting this "Melt Up" each year... and then just "Extends the forecast" because of "Changing Circumstances" .... This is Fact. He has been wrong... yet his long term Upward trajectory has been accurate... while others have been predicting a Crash or Recession years ago... THAT HAVE NEVER HAPPENED. So I continue to follow and "Kinda Believe" in Hunters peak numbers and THEN a Crash. WHEN... is the big question.

@hanbakker304 When has he been "right"? I've been listening to him for over 4 years and he keeps saying the same thing over and over but just adjust the timeline and things still don't pan out the way he said.

very interesting, so he think gold could go up to say US$3300 in the next year or 2 but when everything crashes and the DOW crashes like 80%, gold could come back to around US$2100, thats a 40% drop in gold, i cant see that at all to be honest, no way, i think gold will get to US$3,000 and in a crash it could come back 10% or at the very worst 15% back to say US$2550, but of course it will rebound when the FED do another QE 5,6,7,8+ than gold will rocket to $5,000 $8,000, $10,000, $15,000+

I was kinda thinking similar time lines. 1907 bankers crises, 1918 spanish flu and 1929 stock mark crash all 100 years apart from the current ones. Seems to me very telegraphed for those in the know

That sounds extreme, but I think David will be right with many of his predictions. We live in very volatile times.

#DavideHunter has been calling for $50 Silver for at least 2 years. #Silver historically under performs when there are concerns of a #Recession but #Gold usually isn't affected.

I notice in this interview David quietly just pushed his forecast of the bust (which leads to massive money printing) from this year to next year. Been watching him for 3 years and this is a repeating pattern; I'd suggest he needs to stop putting ANY timeline to his forecasts.

Yes, he keeps making wild predictions that gets people's attention but rarely or never come true. It's surprising people are still listening. It great #clickbait 😅
He constantly admits that his timing is not accurate, but he has been spot on about the direction of things, one of the few and general market psychology. When S&P was at 3500 in 2022 and everyone was calling for further downside, he was making predictions of S&P at 6k and that is pretty close to true. Same thing about gold and market broadening to more than magnificent 7. One of the only ones that called oil down to $60s from $90+ when everyone was calling for $120. This guy is brilliant with respect to the direction of markets...if you are smart enough to understand what he is really saying and you can get past the fact that timing markets is virtually impossible...especially with monetary and fiscal policies that are deliberately manipulating markets and narratives.
Did any of you listen to his comment in relation to the accuracy of his timing of his forecasts?
@Daniel-rv8ef No, "spot on" is having accurate times. Anyone can say the price will double or triple because "eventually" it will over time, even due to inflation. 🤣

David you are very conservative. One more leg after spx low 7000 to about 8100. At the 7000 top btc will be at 175 k. Top in and around April 2025. Gold at 4500 and btc around 500 k. Crash in sept 2025. Djia around 57500 top
Ok David but, then, how do you explain the uninversion of the yield curve? I didn't hear you build a crash in. Is it different this time? If so, why? How about unemployment ticking up? What about the fact that consumers are not only tapped but further in debt than at any other time in history?

A. Yield curve is still inverted. The small time it was under during the flash crash a couple weeks ago didn’t last. But you are correct, when it uninverts for real we are in deep 💩!
B. Houston under water and without power for two weeks which led to the quick unemployment jump. After that was resolved, reverted down. In addition, did you not hear how dependable those reports actually are?

$3,000 / Troy Ounce gold is only if nobody pegs gold to their currencies. If somebody pegs it to gold and other rare-earth-elements, then all those commodities will go up exponentially overnight. Also if USFeds decide to debt-finance with their gold now, gold price will shoot up to $40,000/oz
If there is no ETF gold, the price could have been $20k/oz

Silver is by-product of copper mining/production...silver only sky rocket by panic...no production bottle necks...gold is different due mining cost/refining...but the producers already make huge profit/ounch....profit all time high already....usd1400/ounch

David hasn't been right for years. He predicted $50 silver for years and we're not even close. Now he predicted $75 but we haven't even beaten the last all the high and Silver under performs when there are Recession concerns. Beware someone that makes predictions with giving ANY time frame so he can't be held accountable.

Is gold over priced and if so by how much? Where are those numbers?
Over priced compared to what? Compared to the US dollar, no. The dollar isn't backed by anything and the government continues to print money and spend money it doesn't have. Gold on the other hand is limited by discovering new mines and time to mine & costs of mining. Silver isn't usually recycled and less and less is being mined while the demand is vastly increasing. However the Silver market has been manipulated for decades with several banks being found guilty and only fined.

you don't get much from an american dollar anymore...getting close to be just paper now....!!!..so it makes a lot of sense that the value of Gold or anything else for the matter is getting higher and higher and higher..!!!!
Dave has been calling for this "melt up" since Labor Day of 2021. He's been right on a number of things and the trajectory has been correct. But...a 3 year climb up is not a melt up. Will it continue from here?...I think we need to see what happens after the 1st rate cut.

@@AllanMclellan-cc6fd If you go back and watch interviews of Dave in the summer of 2021, he was calling for a market melt up to a blow off top at 6000 on S&P by Labor day weekend, at which point the global deflationary bust would occur. And he has continuously pushed the blow off top out every time it doesn't happen. Now granted...if it's gonna happen....we are at the final moment! It's now or never.
It's easy to predict the future when your predictions have zero timeliness. David has been predicting $50 Silver for 2-3 years, now he bumps it up to $75 he was wrong about $50. 😅
so say gold is US$20,000 in this next melt up, AFTER this coming crash in 2025, what do you do? sell gold and buy what?

This guy has been calling for these targets for years he will keep pushing back. when his calls starts to fade he starts to go on interview sprees to garner interest and then will say he doesnt make timing calls. He will extend duration for his melt up to 2025 and then 2026
I don't think hes a bad person. I just know that he has definitely overstated his calls. At one point he said the final parabolic would be 1-2 months. Now he is saying 4-5 months. He is giving enough time for a 6 sigma event to say he couldnt have forecasted that and that will give him cover. I feel pity for him. I think he is just an old lonely man trying to stay relevant and found that he has an audience of poor retail ppl (like me) who follow-him religiously. Just because of his conviction. Put him in camp of schiff and roubini. Also go back to seeking Alpha from 2013 he was banned from there and was calling for same stuff. Also, he has been convicted of securities fraud ...

Please, set the schedules and lock Dave down to return quarterly or at least bi-quarterly for the next couple years.

David has been calling for $50 silver for 2-3 years. His predictions are vague with no time frames. Can't reach $75 until Silver breaks at time high of $48.70. Eventually, Silver will break $50, then $75 but that's not a real prediction 😅
Institutional liquidity waits for the crash. The big boys know we are already in a recession leading to a crash. Save now buy at a big discount after the crash. Play the bear market if you know how.
gold and silver going up doesn't mean you're going to be rich. if it goes through the roof it probably means the rest of the economy is in a depression and nobody is working, so any gold you have is for safety.
@gianthills But it does mean that you can buy food or bater for things IF cash or credit are worthless. Ask Venezuelans about hyperinflation and if Gold & Silver were a wise investment beforehand. BTW, gold typically outperformed the Stockmarket over time. Not some individual stocks but the broad market.

We have to thread a needle for the next 6 weeks.If the Fed cuts 50 basis points you can kiss this prediction goodbye. The history of that move will be too hard to overcome. The first hurdle is Nvidia earnings next week. Hopefully a beat and big jump leading to a 25 point cut from the Fed. If those hit, he just may be right and I’ll be headed to the Bahamas. 🙏

Good luck. Silver needs to reach its all time high of $48.70, then $50, nevermind $75. Plus #Silver always under performs when there are Recession concerns and always lags behind Gold. Silver will eventually outperform Gold but storing & securing physical Silver isn't easy compared to #Gold with a 85 to 1 ratio.

Solar power Europe has just predicted a 22% rise in solar installations in 2024 rising to 544GW, and eventually rising to 876 GW in 2028. Do the math on that, $500 per oz silver may be conservative.
1.95 m Oz Ag per GW with current solar panel technology x 544GW in a world that produces 840m Oz pa from mining. By 2028 the world will require double the current annual mine supply and that's just for solar panel manufacture.
In January this year senior commodity analyst at TD Securities issued a report stating that the world had grossly underestimated the available above ground free float of silver at the LBMA, thought to be 165 years of supply back in 2019, and by his estimates now forecast to run out within 12-24 months. Meaning that by no later than January 2026, the world will be relying solely on mine supply to meet demand. Do I hear $700....$800....$1000?
