    વાહ સરસ. હું બિલકુલ આ જ રીતે અને આ જ માપ સાથે લીલા કોપરા માંથી મેસુર બનાવું. સ્વાદમાં વધારે સરસ લાગે. ઘી થોડું વધારે લઉં અને બની જાય અને કલર જરા બદામી થવા આવે એટલે કાણા વાળી ચાળણીમાં કાઢી લઉં સહેજ પણ હલાવ્યા વિના અને વધારાનું ઘી નીચે વાસણમાં એકઠું થઈ જાય. ગરમ હોય એટલે જરા વધુ ડાર્ક કલર થાય ઠરતાં, તેથી કલર બદલવા આવે એટલે કાઢી લઉં. બહુ સરસ જાળી પડે. હજુ પણ યાદ કરું એટલે એવું man thai jaay ke હાલ જ બનાવી નાખું એવું મન થઇ જાય. મારી ભાભીને એની delivery પછી મેં બે કિલો કોપરા માંથી મેસૂર બનાવીને આપ્યો હતો. ઘરના ઘીના સ્વાદની તોલે કંઈ જ ન આવે. 😋😋😋 મલાઈ માંથી try kari જોઈશ.😊

      હા, સાચી વાત છે, ચાળણીમાં કાઢવો એ આપણી ટ્રેડિશનલ રીત છે અને હાઈટ વધારે હોય એટલે તેમાં ફૂલે પણ સરસ છે. હવે મીઠાઈની દુકાનોવાળા ચોકીમાં મેસુરનું મિશ્રણ કાઢતા પહેલા ચોકીનાં એક કોર્નર પર ઉભો લોટો/ગ્લાસ મૂકી દે છે એટલે એટલા ભાગમાં મિશ્રણ ફેલાતું નથી અને ત્યાં બધું વધારાનું ઘી એકઠું થાય એટલે કાઢી લેતા હોય છે. મેસુર ત્રણ કલરનાં લેયરવાળો બને તો તેને પરફેક્ટ મેસુર કહેવાય છે, જે શીખી રહ્યા હોય તેમના માટે આ મલાઈવાળી રીત પણ સારી છે. ખૂબ ખૂબ ધન્યવાદ

Ghee banava mate mostly aapde ૧૫-૨૦ દિવસ ની મલાઈ ભેગી કરતાં હોઈએ છીએ એટલે ફ્રિઝર માં મૂકવી જરૂરી છે. નિત્ય થોડી થોડી તાજી મલાઈમાંથી માખણ સિદ્ધ કરવું હોય તો niche muko to pan chale.

      No, it would not give good result. You can make it with using the Ghee & Sugar syrup
