im wokring as IT contractor via umbrella company and not setup limited company, can my substitue be from off shore ? this is remote work ( from home ) and my subsitute is based in india.

ir35 should have been scrapped years ago, if even hmrc don’t understand it and have have lost 95% of all cases they’ve taken to court, this is a broken system. ive closed down my company, not worth the hassle anymore, hope hmrc like the loss of corp tax, vat and dividend tax. 👍
