It is a great Bench, and I will definitely incorporate a few things in my next bench.... (when ever ;D). Thank you Dennis for letting us come into your Shop. I think quite a few people will be watching you Chad, when you make your version of the bench. Looking forward to it.
Chad, let me first say... You Sir are such a tease! I am glad I watched the video. It's great to see a workbench built around personal needs and wants for the workshop. And Not a design that just anyone has out there. I'm sure he'll get many years of use out of it, along with anyone else blessed to own such a table. Fine Design and personal efficiency. Thank you for sharing.
Fantastic bench! I love the design and the way Nicholson and Roubo bench design have been incorporated. I can't wait to see you build your version and I will likely want the plans to build my own. Have a great week and keep on dancing!
Chad, thanks mate for the great bench expose from the master Dennis. Look forward for your project on it. My Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad were all carpenters (Dad was a Carpenter Joiner) by trade. Gramps passed away before the Second World War in the 1930's. Always wondered why the old Tasmanian Devil had so many holes in the top of his bench (It was huge in a Nicholson style.) Now I know of course ! Ha ! Ha ! Many thanks, Brian
Oh man, you're going to build this gem! As I was watching the video, I kept wishing I could learn the construction details. I'm really looking forward to it. I've got two nice vises looking for a bench worthy of them.
Its beautiful, but its Huge. Many moons ago when i was training we had benches like this one in size, with four men working on it and a vice at each corner. Now I am looking for a bench to use in my one bed flat(apartment). I will probably have to design and build my own because i have not seen any commercial bench's that are both small enough and sturdy enough, which is why i'm researching workbenches and picking the brains of craftsmen like Dennis via TH-cam.
That's super Chad. I've been able to get some good ideas from all three of the benches. I'll also be following what you do to "revise" the "ultimate" bench that Dennis shared in this video. I'm having to delay my bench build to perhaps the first of next year so I'll be able to see what you do before I get back to building mine. Like Dennis, at my age my bench will be the last one i build, maybe. Thanks for videoing this series. That corner of your shop that you showed in this video looks great. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your shop and how you've set it up but realize that you're still in the process of construction and moving in. It took me eight years to fully move in and set up my shop so I understand it's not an easy or quick process. Hopefully you can do it faster than I did.
Bench is great,music is righteous.

nice series chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad
I love the last bench..wish there were some plans....hint hint!
The "how to" videos have already been published???
If i said that my wife would laugh her head off, she thinks i`m never satisfied any way enjoyed it
...last workbench...maybe... lol
Very far from being the ultimate work bench! And, if you're sitting on your work bench to hold something down you're already doing something wrong. 👎
While watching this guy explaining his workbench... I totally forgot and thought this was David Letterman instead.
First...lol!
