  • This is a tutorial for how to make a DIY fidget cube using perler beads, a rubber band, some glue, a staple and a marble. Customize your own fidget cube with any colours you like and hope it can help in some way.
    Also, Happy Father's Day! I know my dad has no idea about the whole fidget toy craze..when I showed this to him he was so confused. Anyway, I hope you guys like this video. It took me a few days to design this project and a few days to make this video so sorry for another late post. Love it or hate it, I'm surprised that this actually works and is pretty small in size as well. It's nowhere close to the original fidget cube, but it'll do :) I got the idea of using a rubber band for the joystick side from this video: • Video

    Do you love or hate these fidget toys?

      Personally, I love the fidget cubes. I can already tell that this would help me during studying or
      watching a film, and keep me from wandering off or getting bored xD
      *EDIT* Just finished making this and I'm telling you, the joystick is SOOOO satisfying! I might make a cube that has all sides as joysticks because it is so easy to do and so fun to mess with.
      *EDIT EDIT* On the top space, I made a worry stone by holding up a lighter to it and letting it melt into a pool, then shaped it with a smooth marble (the kind that is flat and oval shaped) and waited for it to dry.

    I'm going to try to do this using mini Perler beads, but I don't have a circle board that will fit them, so my circles will be more like improvised square shapes. I also need to find a marble the right size....

    • @harvestkitty
      @harvestkitty 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      After some searching, I may have to use a 8-10 mm bead instead, but I'm perfectly fine with that. The pieces fit really well together, but cutting those tiny beads out was a challenge.

    • @QDCrafts
      @QDCrafts  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Twenty Øne Cøcønut Sharks At Tacø Bell you can try using hot glue to make the space smaller. just apply some around the edge of the gap and once it dries, try placing your marble in to see if it's tight, but still movable. Otherwise, it is best that you find the perfect sized marble that will fit in the gap. I had to go through my marble collection to find one that wasn't too big or too small. hope his helps!
