Yes aorus b450 elite comes with argb header so you can connect the RGB of the case to your motherboard and control it using gigabyte RGB fusion which is used to sync the argb of your case to the motherboard.
Yes you can turn of with led switch on or off button in the front panel of the case or by using gigabyte RGB fusion.
