You have been going down some roads i know as i live here. You probably have not seen the sign that you are back in Austria. Becaus that Blinking traffic Lights before it turn´s red, is something Austria has, but germany doesnt. :D Loved to see how much you enjoyed my Home!
Hi Alan, the language is German and, as you guessed, there are differences to German spoken in Germany. You can translate with the camera app - give it a try, works mostly great. Besides, the bell you rang was the one of a wayside shrine and shouldn't be rang except for religious reasons. You obviously explored the "German corner" which basically is a shortcut via German territory to connect Tyrol (where you came from) with Salzburg. "Gösser" is one of Austria's famous beer brands brewed in Styria (one of the nine federal states forming Austria). Enjoy my homeland & stay safe
Love those snow capped mountains and the clear blue skies. BUT, another 'thing' and a tiny chambered tomb. Clearly the force of Nightcrawler666 is strong with you.

Alan is British. What did you expect? They don't waste their youth learning geography or languages. They drink and fight.
