thanks mate, well it's not that different you just need to set the inputs on your controller and the rest is the same. try this and let me know if there was any problems
@@UnrealART Thank you for the quick reply. The problem with VR is the camera does not go with the lift. It behaves weird. It gets stuck below the lift floor
@@RjssManipal I think you need to check the navigation bounds and the collisions for both the elevator and the VR pawn. Other than that I don't have a solution right now I have to look into it. setting up VR systems is always tricky
i've used this video for a couple of projects its been very helpful. how do i make it so at the start the elevator goes down? i've tried -300 in the location box in the event graph but it still goes up? tia

glad you liked it . you can extend the idea and create the function based on the tips discussed in the video if you are good enough with blueprints . otherwise , it needs another tutorial .
Hi there is one little problem with this aproach, at the moment its fixed between 0 and 300 in this case. which means when you palce your elevator object on current location somehwere up in the scene, it will always be resetted to 0 and 300 as minimum and maximum postion. This means you always need to audjust when you have multiply elevators every blueprint and set the absoulte values there.
Do you have an idea how to get the current location before? So for example when I palce my elevator at z =50 and add over the timeline +150 that my elevator ends in z = 200?

How do I put it where the elevator going down first and not up? When I connect the NewTrack with the new location it seems to lock it to positive Z and cant change it to be negative Z, aka make it go down first.
you can multiply the timeline value by -1 and then connect it to the function. however, I have not tried it myself so not sure if it works properly, but give it a shot and see what happens

you need two timelines . one for the z values and then another one for the y values

سلام رضا جان . بله میشه فقط حواستون به کلیژن های کف آسانسور و کامپوننت کاراکتر وی آر باشه که از توش رد نشه .
نویگیشن والیوم داخل لول هم باید درست ست بشه که مشکلی پیش نیاد .
انجام بدید اگر مشکلی بود با هم بررسیش میکنیم
