The experience of being stalked by a Narc is frightening. Once you mortify the individual, end the relationship and go no contact, the ferocious intent to harm by stalking becomes relentless. Its physically and mentally exhausting and requires discipline and dedication superior to that of the Narcissist to outwit, outmanouvre and literally 'out' this malignant malevolence. Never become complacent. Court orders are not necessarily a sufficient deterrent, they also have a time limit for those who do 'appear' to comply for the duration. Narcs are notorious for hoovering past partners despite the time lapse. Stay alert and stay safe 👍

This has been my daughter's experience - despite having a "no contact" regime for over a year and the perpetrator being cautioned by Police twice after trashing her house and mine, he continues to smear, stalk both physically & online and generally harass her. He utilises multiple phone numbers and social media accounts to monitor and attempt contact - successfully blocked so far. Its especially unnerving to see him appear in person from nowhere.
Thank you H G - for providing such extensive information to help my daughter and I understand why the perpetrator acted, and is acting, in the way that he does - and how to keep safe from further manipulations

In my experience it's impossible to get a court order if the stalker(s) is one or more family members with whom you've gone no contact, especially if they are a parent and/or a sibling. What made it worse in my case is that my stalkers (predominantly my mother) didn't just conduct surveillance on me but they turned up at my workplace, at the temping agencies where I had registered, where I lived (which was backpackers' hostels in my 20s) and at my doctors, and bad mouthed me (usually claiming that I was a drug addict and a prostitute) which would lead to me losing my job (with temping jobs you don't get any notice or indemnity) or the roof over my head. As a result I was homeless on and off in my 20s. Also, every bloody time I registered with an agency, was offered a job contract, or a rental agreement, I was asked for the contact details of my 'next of kin'. I gave up explaining that I am willing to give the contact details of my lawyer and of my GP but that my 'next of kin' are not to be contacted under any circumstance, and should they contact my employer/landlord I do not want HR/the landlord to talk to them. Now I either claim that my GP is a relative (he agreed to it. He had 'the misfortune of meeting Madame Your Mother', as he puts it) or I put in a fake name and one of my former mobile phone numbers (which will still be valid). I did have to repeatedly move house and I was bombarded with mail (and voicemails if they managed to get my phone number) for over a decade after going no contact.

About 15 years ago, I had a short lived relationship with a girl I'm convinced was a narc. After she ended it with me, she stalked me. She would constantly message, call, and even use my friends to get information about my life in order to gain control. When I went full no contact with her, changed my number, hid it from the registry, and blocked her all the way to china she still contacted me using fake personas online. How common is it that they use fake identities to hoover, stalk, and control former sources who got away?

Same problem here (warehouse jobs in France, with mostly Northern African guys, then financial industry in the UK, with British guys, most of them in their 40s, 50s and 60s and married and/or divorced with kids, then industrial food industry in the UK, mostly with Polish and Indian staff). For warehouse and factory jobs I wear overlarge labcoats on top of large hiking trousers (with a belt) and overlarge t shirts. When I was in the financial industry it was more tricky, I used large shawls or ponchos (like the ones Clint Eastwood wears in the Dollar Trilogy) and at my last workplace I ended up wearing an abaya (not when I had to bring coffee to the clients though). The HR director, who was one of the sex pests, was livid and told me that my work contract banned me from wearing clothes which hide the shape of my body. There was no such clause in my contract and it would have been abusive. I asked him why he would need to see the shape of my body, and he blundered : 'So that I can check that you are not pregnant!' There were quite a lot of apple shaped women in the office...

Wow. I have never put my stalker in the narc category because we never had a relationship. At all. We spoke a few times and I turned down the one time he asked for a date. I thought mentally unstable incel or schizophrenia. He stalked me for 15 years and the police couldn’t do anything about it. He never broke a law. Hmmm something to think about. Thanks again HG.

Similar thing happened to me as well since 2005 a next door neighbor, it works with acids started spraying diluted mist at me earning my face hair eyes the police do nothing he denies everything but I'm the one who's burned and whose property has been vandalized everyday. He left the cigarette lighter in my house with the logo from his job, and smokes Marlboro lights and left Marlboro lights folded like a place card on my soap dish in the kitchen so he's been in my house he poured drain cleaner in the water softener and that went through all the pipes I had to change the hot water tank and it didn't help it took years to get better I didn't even use the water had to go to the health club it's a nightmare I move four times just unrelenting and I think he's got his relatives involved also he said he was going to finish me I didn't want to go out with him to have dinner.

When she got what she wanted, she asked me if I drove by her home/work while having this weird grin on her face. I told her, "No, you broke up with me. Why would I drive by?" She didn't believe me.

The X narc husband is mooching off of the neighbor across the street from my 🏡. He's been there living for free and it's been over 9 months now! It's very bothersome knowing he's there. He's not bothering me otherwise. He's mostly retired, my lawyer says since he's not "bothering" me there's nothing that can be done! I own my home. I have friends over and have decorated for the holidays! I'm having fun for a change, however he's there! Otherwise, no contact!

I was stalked and hoovered on line for yrs before I was wise to these personality disorders, and the 'friend' had plenty of support because he can be so superficially charming. I was already ill and experiencing abuse in my home, and so this upset me deeply as he posed as support. I rejected his invite to see him irl and he turned very nasty, using triangulation, character assination, libel, ostracism etc...so then fueled by the pain of betrayal and rejection, I stalked him ranting about his behaviour till he had to hide. Of course because I was openly angry i was easily labelled the abuser and he was victim to those who are happy with surface appearance facade. He changed his virtual name. I remember he was using a fresh name when we first met too- there was an angry young woman giving him abuse telling him that no she didnt love him after all, so he had to hide from her! Using fake names to keep grooming the new fuel sources.😆
Social media platforms are an abusers paradise.

My ex went from love bombing to being an asshole ..then decided to dissappear for 2 days after leaving my house to walk down the block to the store.. he was from another country and only knew nyc..I live in a suburb with no subways...funny I got angry figured he met a woman and I wasn't worried...he traveled the world and charming I just kept getting mad...2 days later he calls about just getting out of the hospital and needing his things gave me a bs story not believable hit by a car shot 50 feet in the air in hospital. No bruises or broken bones. I said i would be home and instead had my very large nephew give him his things (nephew confirmed looked fine no bruising or limping) dumped him via text..so he started coming to my town every weekend..joined a gym one block from my job. Lol...I never went back with him...he did a serious white collar crime with some dangerous people in his country and ran to nyc..I read articles about him...I kept thinking one day he would be killed and I could have been caught up in it...funny he denied ..then I got him drunk and he bragged how he's so smart and has the money hidden and can live where he wants. .I think he's in London now..yay..lol...I didn't know what narcissist were I just figured he thought I was some dumb American and it made me angry

How could it be that one day they know you (hell you share a bed together) but next day they don't even talk to you in public (totally ignore you, even if you are at a concert, behind them, hugging them the whole concert, but they haven't spoken to you the whole time)?

Hi H.G thank you for your excellent content! 😎💜
I have been total no contact with my ex for over a year now, but recently he has popped up outside our children's school.
He has the children every second weekend so collects them on a Friday afternoon. Recently he has started showing up outside the school an hour before the school day ends. (which happens to be when I drop the kids weekend bags off and pick up their school bags)😳
I've seen him twice now, the last time he looked angry as I pretended not to see him when he saw me. After watching a few of your most excellent videos I suspect he's probably a lesser mid range with many anti social traits. 😬
He disengaged from me over a year ago to pursue a relationship with a work colleague who is now his IPPS.
I'm curious to know if these incidents could be considered stalking?
He did not try to approach me and he has a legitimate reason to be outside the school to pick up the children? I admit
I was confused seeing him there and it did play on my mind for a while afterwards.
As a precaution I've changed my routine to avoid running into him again although I still wonder if I am being a bit paranoid about it all. 🤦‍♀️
