    I watched the first 3 programs and was really invested and definitely thought yes I must change but episode 4 made me very nervous. In England there is talk of 15 minute cities that make me and lots of others angry about restricted movement. We have ULEZ at moment that is a massive con as there is definitely no pollution in the suburbs of London ,however if we pay £12.50 it is ok to pollute the city. It's a massive con. This last episode as much as I like the message it stinks of restricted movement.

    He is not here to look good for us, he is here to tell us something, why are his looks and age important..he is giving us info period! Here in the USA we are all so obsessed with age and appearance. Try and look beyond!

    It is probably not possible to get grocery stores to get rid of junk food. Even whole foods market sell lots of junk food. Even local farmers markets sell some junk food. Restaurant foods are always full of oil, salt, sweeteners.
