Actually, I believe that the little Godzilla in the video is not Minilla/Minya, but rather the one from the Heisei films.

It’s not Minilla, it’s actually Little Godzilla (aka Godzilla Junior) from the Heisei films in the mid-90’s, who actually ate a burger once onscreen when he was a human-sized hatchling being taken care of by a surrogate human mother.
