We live in a world where how we look and what we do define how people view us. I've dealt with rejection so many times that I just wasn't surprised... But then I see all these other guys that people like. It was absolutely sickening. But then, this fall, I decided enough was enough (leading me to start lifting weights and focusing on my overall composition). This winter, I'm taking a break. But after break, I'll have to give my body composition effort a lot more dedication in order to achieve my goals. So yeah, that's my story so far. Practicly its not a glow up but a power of some sorts
It's not about strength it's about smartness and self control the more you are calm the more stronger you get more you are scared the more your opponent is harder
