There’s some history attached to that old bridge I would think. Lovely bit of water as well. I lived in Glasgow in the late 80s and must go back soon to visit.
    Thanks for sharing Davey.

The lady of the stream. The beauty that is the Grayling. Mostly they are caught via the nymph. For me when they take either an emerger or dry. They will always be whatever their size the most memorable fish of the day.

How coincidental Davie. Just got back from a short break in North Yorkshire where there was a lovely hatch of Yellow May. Then, I return to see your latest video. The DH is a smashing fly, so too your latest nymph pattern. Many thanks for producing these "out on the river" videos. Always a pleasure to watch.

Hi Davie, I've been following you fir some time now, a very good friend of mine, introduced me to fly fishing and your channel some 4 years ago, 6 months after my friends help to become a fly fisherman, supplying me with all the gear and enthusiasm ... so In May 2019 I relocated to East Ayrshire to begin my retirement life with my wife, who is Scottish myself being English ... I live now very close to the River Ayr at Ballochmyle, I've even been given by my friend fly tieing equipment and still finding my way tieing some fly myself ... so my question, in the monthly draw how to I receive a number to be included in the draw?
thanks in anticipation, thoroughly enjoy all the videos, thanks and tight lines
