Hi, thank you for your comments.
All Royal Caribbean cruise ships are super wheelchair friendly. From embarkation time at the port, to throughout the cruising, you can easily ask for wheelchairs to be provided for use. Elevators serve all floors but of course there are some areas where you may need to go to another level to access the aft or forward elevators (usually on deck 16).
Even in Seaplex where there are 2 levels, and you only see the staircases near the entrances, there is actually an accessible lift near the back of the SeaPlex where you can use to get on to the upper level of SeaPlex.
Even for North Star, instead of walking up the stairs, there is a lift for wheelchair using guests. You can check out my video where this is shown - th-cam.com/video/vKia1BUwm04/w-d-xo.html
For staterooms, there are accessible rooms in almost all the categories. I have booked an interior accessible room in one of my previous cruises and it is quite ok. The room is sufficiently large for wheelchair to turn inside, and the bathrooms are all level (instead of having to step up into the bathroom) so wheelchairs can go into the toilet. And the shower area is open with a fold down shower seat.

1. 不是的。The Key 是个额外提升邮轮体验的节目。您不购买The Key 照样登游轮第一天可以吃午餐的。登船后到第14甲板的 “帆船自助餐厅”The Windjammer Marketplace 就可以享用午餐了。是包括在您的配套内的。最后一天的早餐也是已经包括在您的配套内了，没有购买The Key 也是可以享用的。
The Key 的差别是登游轮的第一天的午餐是到 Chops Grille 享用套餐，不是普通的自助餐。最后一天的早餐也是套餐，不是自助餐。
是的，有了The Key 就可以提前登船。
2. 主餐厅是已经包括在配套内了。网页上的应该是特色餐厅配套选项。
3. 如果不买饮品套餐，是可以到餐厅喝免费的饮料，如咖啡、茶等等。餐厅打样了是不能喝了。海洋光谱号没有24小时的餐厅，其他邮轮如 Quantum of the Seas 就有 Cafe Esplanade, 提供24小时小吃喝咖啡茶等等。
房间内有提供煮开水的热水壶，也有提供咖啡茶袋。可以在房内自己弄。或者也是可以带空瓶到餐厅装饮料回房间喝的。只是不要直接拿瓶子去装，最好从杯倒进瓶子比较卫生。

I have not tried "The Key" package offers you an upgrade from the normal cruise package without incurring suite prices for said privileges. Included are:
* Priority access into the terminal (within booked arrival time) on Day 1.
* Carry-on bag drop off and delivery to stateroom. Drop-off your carry-on bags in the Main Dining Room until 1:30pm.
* Exclusive welcome lunch in the Main Dining Room featuring the Chops Grille Lunch menu.
* Private time at onboard activities including Rock Climbing, FlowRider and more.
* Priority departure at tender ports of call from ship-to-shore.
* Seats in the exclusive VIP seating section at shows in the Main Theatre, Aqua Theater, Studio B and Two70 (reservation is needed).
* VOOM ® Surf & Stream 1 Device high speed internet.
* On debarkation day, enjoy an exclusive à la carte breakfast and choice departure.
If you consider the voom package plus the speciality dining lunch etc, it is not a bad deal. However, everyone in your stateroom (except children below 6 years old) must purchase the same package as well.
When I cruise, it is usually quite long and so it is not so worthwhile to add on $50 per day for 10 days for 3 pax in my room. For short cruises, I believe the price is lower and it does accord you less queuing time which is very essential when the whole ship wants to disembark at the port.
So it's really your choice whether you want to experience the additional luxury and perks for your cruise. If you do try it, please share with us your thoughts.

１．Ｔｈｅ Ｋｅｙ 需要提前购买的。是限量的，最好提早购买。您到这个网址www.royalcaribbean.com/sgp/en/booked
登入后选择 "Plan my cruise", 然后点击上面的 "VIP PASSES"。您就看得到您的航程 The Key 的价钱。同房的每位客人都必须购买 The Key 才行。

３. 不购买饮料配套，除了餐厅时间可以喝饮料，您也可以到酒吧要求冷水或开水的。要注意的是，酒吧提供的都是自来水，不是矿泉水。热狗屋不是每天开放的，可是同样地方（SEAPLEX）有饮水机 （WATER COOLER）可以喝水的。 270咖啡馆1和索伦托开放时也可以到那里喝饮料。
4. 在登游轮那天，可以在手提行李携带2瓶 750ML 的葡萄酒/香槟上邮轮（每间房限制2瓶）。同样第一天在手提行李也可以携带无酒精饮料 （如可乐，绿茶等等），每间房不超过 12 X 500ML的瓶、罐等等。
记得只能手提上邮轮，托运行李是不可以的。

Hi, thank you for your query.
With the non-alcoholic package, you can also have drinks anywhere on the ship. For example, at Windjammer, you can refill your coca-cola cup (this should be issued to your room when you board the ship), or order a fresh juice, or a mocktail, or a latte from the waiters there. BTW, if you are boarding the ship early (i.e. before 2 pm), you will not be able to enter your room yet. So you can let the waiter know you have a non-alcoholic beverage package and order your non-alcoholic drinks anywhere on the ship with your room details etc. Once you have gone to your room, you will then use your room card for drinks ordering. Just FYI, as some passengers do not know they can start on their beverage packages without the room card.
Back to your question, you can order soft drinks, mocktails etc at any bar or pub on the ship. Watching a show at the Royal Theatre, go ahead and get a mocktail from the wait staff there. There is no restrictions for drinks ordering with the package. If I am not wrong, you can also order mocktails at Bionic bar with your package. Please do enquire with the staff when you are onboard and please share the info with us. Thank you.

Yes, if you selected traditional dining previously, you can change it to My Time Dining.
You can change this up to 48 hours before your departure date. If you booked directly with Royal Caribbean, just drop them a call to let them know you want to change. If you booked via a travel agent, please contact your travel agent to make the change.
It is very difficult to make the changes once you have boarded so my advice is that you call in to make the changes as early as possible. Hope this has help answer your query.

With the deluxe beverage package, you can have beer, wine, cocktails etc anywhere. There are mobile beverage "kiosks" in the Windjammer where you can order your drinks, or just let any of the wait staff know what you want and they will bring it to you at your table. The same goes for Main Dining room. If you are on traditional dining time for dinner, you will have the same wait staff and usually they are very attentive to your needs. So you can always be assured they will follow-up with your beverage orders during dinner time.
You can have your beer anywhere. In the Royal Theatre while watching the headliner shows, just place your order and the staff will send it to your seat.
At the casino, at the pool bar, at Music Hall, at Two70. Practically anywhere you can find a bar, you can order your drinks. And you can also bring that drink elsewhere to have it, no restrictions. Some smokers order a beer and bring it to the smoking zone to drink there.
Yes, there is no restrictions on your girlfriend sitting with you while you are drinking. Even if you do not have a beverage package and want to sit in the 'Harp & Horn pub' to listen to the live band WITHOUT ordering a drink, it is totally alright. As a guest on Royal Caribbean cruise ship, you are free to go anywhere on the ship and enjoy the facilities and entertainment. Only restrictions are the suite areas and crew areas.

3. 每个舱房也可以携带最多 12 X 500ml 的 无酒精饮料, 如汽水、绿茶等等。
4. 牛奶和蒸馏水如果是为了婴儿、医药原因就无限。
这些都是在房里享用。如果要到餐厅内喝，就有另外的开瓶费。也请记得只能在登船当天手提登船。不可以放在托运行李内。

1. 皇家加勒比有会员 (Crown and Anchor) 节目的。每一晚 = 1 分。可以到皇家加勒比的网站注册。
2. 皇家加勒比没有 match MSC 的会员。
3. 可以选择早登船。在做 online check in 时 就可以选到达码头的时间。目前最早的时间是 11AM。位置有限所以最好在 online check in 开始的第一天就办理。
4. 在 Anthem of the Seas, 午餐可以到

1. 选了 My Time Dining 只是您晚餐的用餐时间比较灵活，您可以自己安排和选择几点要用餐。不必跟着传统用餐时间 （5.15PM 和 8PM）。只有提前预订就不必排队等桌子。
2. 主餐厅供应的早餐和午餐是不必预订，大家都可以去订。只要是开放时间您就可以到那里用餐。
3. 自助餐厅开放的时间最长，所以有些客人比较习惯到那里用餐，尤其是睡得较迟的客人超喜欢Windjammer, 午餐可以到3点吃。
还有其他餐厅也可以试试看，我在邮轮上时，真的希望有多几个胃来尝每间餐厅的美食。

所以我通常推荐你们可以先在网上预订。也可以提前预订，然后每星期看看价钱。如果价钱掉就cancel 再买新的价钱的项目。只是出发前的48小时就不能cancel了。

我本身想訂下年海洋贊禮號，但主餐廳booking已經要去到waiting list，所以正在考慮參加與否。主餐廳的晚餐如果每天經餐廳外的工作人員或透過app訂位，是否一定有位？
您好，谢谢您的提问。主餐厅您要订的是哪个时段？应该还可以预订到。可以先到 waiting list 等，check in 前 再询问看该得到您要的时段吗。不然上邮轮后也可以到主餐厅要求您要的时段。他们会尽量安排给您。安排不到也可以定位，比如每天 7点 用餐，主餐厅的经理会在系统注明您要这个时段，通常就把位子留好给您。
当然也得看当次邮轮的乘客量。时段可能没法固定，可是一定有位子的。每晚一定有位子给您用餐。

可以的，全部包括的餐厅都可以进出多次（除了主餐厅的晚餐例外）。
比如早餐可以选择到主餐厅吃。吃完了，可以再进入再吃同样的早餐没问题的。
所以不只是帆船自助餐厅可以多次进出用餐，其他包括在配套内的餐厅也是一样的。主餐厅晚餐就不行，因为有分配桌子位子的，比较麻烦。我通常是主餐厅用了晚餐就到帆船自助餐厅吃甜品等等。

有好几种方式买配套以及选房间。
直接在皇家加勒比网站订购时，您可以自己选房间或者让系统随便发房间。这通常是最便宜的房间，但因为不能选，可能会被排到不理想的房间。随意分房也只限制2人一间房，如果3人一间就必须选房间。
选择房间的价钱会比较贵一些。同样2人阳台房，选择不同楼层，靠近电梯，有遮挡等等都不同价钱。只有在订购的时候才知道要另外付多少钱。
您通过旅行社订购时，也可以询问不同房间的价钱。

Hi, thank you for your comments.
There are several refreshment packages offered by Royal Caribbean, from the full range deluxe (i.e. almost everything is on, alcoholic to speciality coffees and shakes), to the non-alcholic and also the soda only package.
If you have purchased a package, it will be tagged to your keycard, so you just need to pass the waiter or bartender your keycard when you order and they will swipe it to record the drink you ordered. Do take note that you cannot use the beverage package at the Bionic Bar, you will be billed for drinks ordered at the Bionic bar even if you have the package.
To fully utilise any beverage package, I suggest starting off the morning with specialty coffees when you have breakfast, like a latte or cappuchino instead of regular coffee. You can order that at Windjammer with the waiter there. Then maybe a mid morning shake or light cocktail. And so on and so forth. It really depends on the package you bought and your threshold for alcohol.
Yes, your companion in the same stateroom has to purchase the same package as you have. If your companion is below 18, they cannot get the alcoholic package but will still need to purchase the non-alcoholic package instead.

That is correct, here is the quote from Royal Caribbean with regards to their Drinks Package:-
"Important details and advisements
Each adult of legal drinking age assigned to the same stateroom must purchase this package.
All Beverage Packages exclude any beverages served inside licensed Starbucks® stores."
If you are taking Spectrum of the Seas from Singapore, there is no Starbucks onboard, so it will not affect you.
My apologies, the Deluxe Beverage Package will include drinks from the Bionic Bar as well. So yea, go ahead and order up something from the Robot Bartenders at Bionic Bar. Cheers.

2. 另一个方法就是在登游轮前上网预订。可以到以下的网址 -

登入，选择您的邮轮日期，就可以选购了。
这方法的好处是可以提前预订，就不担心没位。另外，有时预订会比上邮轮后更便宜一些。

我最近的邮轮假期是从澳大利亚到南太平洋岛屿，晚上时，外面的温度会比白天冷一些。穿长袖衣就OK。您的邮轮假期会到哪里呢？如果是新马泰一带，晚上应该只是船内的空调/冷气 比较冷。您携带一件长袖衣或薄的冷衣应该就够了。
房间有提供毛巾的。每人一件浴巾，面巾和小面巾。需要对换就打电话给housekeeping 就好了。在游泳池可以领取游泳毛巾。这蓝色毛巾也可以带到普吉岛游泳时用的。只要记得带回来船上还。不然会每件扣USD25.

您在做 online check in 时可以选择几点到码头登船。您只能跟着那个时间到达码头，提前到是不能预先登游轮的，还是得在那里排队等的。
最早的报道时间通常是 11点。
如果您订购的是 sky suites、 gold balcony 和 star suites 就可以不必跟着分配给您的时间报道，因为这些等级的房客可以自己选择他们几点登游轮。到码头时也有另一个较快的地方排队 。 还有购买了 ‘the key’ 的客人也是可以在 11点就到码头登游轮了。

皇家加勒比配套里包括的餐厅是没有限制的。您在主餐厅吃饱了午餐，直接到自助餐厅再吃午餐，然后又到270咖啡馆喝汤吃沙拉，再到Sorrentos吃披萨都没问题。只要您吃得下，不浪费食物就好了。
我知道云顶邮轮限制的不只同一时段只可以到一间餐厅吃，连点的菜式也有限制。要多叫喜欢吃的一两道菜，工作人员都不给！我去了一次就再也不去了。天天就是排队等位子吃饭。活动也不多，娱乐节目也没特别。
皇家加勒比邮轮假期比较好，吃的菜式选择很多，不必排队等吃饭，好多设施玩，节目也天天换。从美国到欧洲到希腊等等，我都是坐皇家加勒比邮轮去玩的。您也要亲自体验就知道两家邮轮公司的分别了。

另个可能就是上船后，出发了几天才买wifi配套。可是也不能买一天而已，配套就会从买的那天算到剩下的几天航程。

Yes, there is vegetarian options available in all the F&B establishments onboard.
You can let Royal Caribbean know what are your requirements so that they can note down and your waiter will also be better able to recommend suitable dishes for you. You can call, email or contact them via FB messenger if you booked directly with them. Otherwise, just let the Travel Agent who handled your reservation know and they can include that details in your reservations.
Once onboard, visit the Guest Services department to update them accordingly if needed. Or just let the wait staff in the Main Dining Room know.
For the buffet restaurant, all dishes are named and there is usually a section for vegetarian dishes.

1. 先通知邮轮公司说你们会在邮轮假期时庆祝生日。如果您是通过旅行社预订的就叫旅行社通知。如果是自己预订的可以通过 电邮 或 打电话 或 webchat 通知。上邮轮时，也再提醒负责您房间的工作人员是哪一天等等。通常会送蛋糕之类的到房间。
2. 如果要特别安排房间布置，可以到 www.royalcaribbean.com/booked 登入，点击 PLAN MY CRUISE
点击上面右边的 Gifts & Gear. 然后您可以根据您的需求预订您要的准备等等

Hi, thank you for your comments.
Yes there is a duty-free shop onboard that sells alcohol BUT you will only be given the alcohol purchased on the last night of your sailing. i.e. you can buy duty free alcohol onboard but you cannot consume them onboard.
The same applies for any drinks purchased during your port of call visits. They will be kept by the security department and sent to your room on the last night of sailing (this may also apply to non alcoholic drinks bought at port of calls)
However, you may hand-carry limited quantity of soft drinks onto the ship only on boarding day. Please see below for more details:
1. Every cabin is allowed to bring onboard maximum 12 x 500ml of non-alcoholic drinks (i.e. coke, sprit, green tea etc).
2. Every cabin is also allowed to bring onboard maximum 2 X 750ml of wine or champagne.
3. Milk and Distilled water is permitted if for infant, medical or dietary use.
The drinks you hand carry are to be enjoyed in your cabin. If you want to have them in the F&B establishments onboard, there will be a corkage charge.
Please take note all these are only allowed to be hand-carried onboard on boarding day only. It cannot be placed in the check-in luggage.

现在到了船上也不会派发每天的节目表了，都是在APP上查看了。
但是，您可以要求收拾房间的工作人员安排中文版的发到房间。不是100%肯定会有，有时可以安排到，有时就没法拿到。
所以最好还是先把APP下载到手机，以防万一。

是的，上了游轮，连接到船上的WIFI就可以通过APP查看全部的行程、活动、餐厅开放时间、餐厅的菜单等等等。
现在的APP还看不到全部的信息的，必须上邮轮连接船上的WIFI才可以。
但是您可以先预订 SILK ROAD 的演出时间，到时就不必排队等待空位。

您需要注意的是婴儿的岁数必须最少6个月大，不然是不应许上邮轮的。有些航程的要求是最少满12个月大才可以上邮轮。

新加坡会在 2024年 11月到 2025 年 3月 迎来 海洋圣歌号 (Anthem of the Seas). 她也是和海洋光谱号同样等级的邮轮， 属于 Quantum Class 的 大邮轮。到时也是有出发到普吉岛的航程。

海洋光谱号目前是没有从上海到新加坡的航程。上海出发的大多数都是到日本的航程。有到Fukoka (福冈）， Nagasaki (长崎），Kumamoto （熊本市）， Okinawa (冲绳岛）等等。
接近年底海洋光谱号就会从上海开往香港，冬季就以香港为母港。出发的航程也是Okinawa (冲绳岛）、越南等等。

根据皇家加勒比最新的文告，5岁到11岁的孩童如果没有接种疫苗是需要登船前做ART后PCR检测的。这检测需要在登船前的3天内完成。
12岁以上完成接种疫苗的孩子就不需要做ART或PCR检测。
5岁到11岁的孩童如果已经接种疫苗了就不必做ART或PCR检测。
5岁以下的孩童不必做任何检测。
“All Guests: Required Pre-Cruise Testing
Unvaccinated Guests ages 5 - 11 must present a negative test result for a COVID-19 antigen or PCR test taken within the 3 days before boarding day, for sailings of any length.
Fully vaccinated guests age 12 and older, do not have any pre-cruise testing requirements for sailings of 9 nights or less. On sailings of 10 nights and longer, fully vaccinated guests must present a negative test result for a COVID-19 antigen or PCR test taken within the 3 days before boarding day. Kids age 5 to 11 who have been vaccinated may follow the testing protocols for vaccinated guests.
Guests under 5 years of age do not need to complete a pre-cruise test.”

关于主餐厅的位子，最好是打电话到皇家加勒比 （如果您的邮轮配套是直接和皇家加勒比订购的） 来要求。 如果您的邮轮配套是通过旅行社订购的，就只能通过您的旅行社帮您联系皇家加勒比来安排。
可是，登邮轮的第一天，拿到房卡后，就再确认一下。房卡上会有显示你们主餐厅的桌子号码。如果每个人的不同，就赶紧到第3甲板的 主餐厅来安排大家的位子。

No, unfortunately beers are not allowed to be brought onboard. Each adult guest is entitled to bring 1 bottle of wine or champagne (up to 750ml) for personal consumption onboard. Non-alcoholic beverages such as sodas, milk, electrolyte drinks etc is limited to 12 bottles/cans/UHT packets (500ml and below) per ROOM.
All these must be HAND-CARRIED onboard on embarkation day otherwise it will be kept by the cruise ship until you disembark.

所以只要在超过48小时的情况，您可以放心取消之前订的配套。

自己安排自由行也会比船上的团队便宜一些。

For group of 5, may I suggest that you get 2 interconnecting rooms. They are available from interior rooms all the way to suites. With the interconnecting doors, you can easily access both rooms without having to go out of the room. There are no rooms onboard that can sleep more than 4 pax so you will need to book 2 rooms at least.
There is also the Ultimate Family Suite on Spectrum that can sleep up to 10 pax available for your reference.

With regards to the beverage package, it is possible to purchase it onboard on the FIRST DAY of sailing only. There are usually some tables set up near Windjammer promoting this and you can enquire with them when you are onboard.
Sometimes there are offers for packages pre-cruise, especially nearer to Black Friday etc times when the discount offered can be up to 50% or more, so please keep a look out on your cruise planner if you have a reservation already.

Hi, you are most welcome, we are glad to be of any assistance to you and your holidays.
It is the same price and promotion whether you book directly or through a travel agent. The price difference is usually when you are selecting your rooms, for example rooms on the top floors and in the middle of the ship will cost alot more than the lower decks and front and aft of ship. Balcony of course will be more expensive than interior etc. So price wise, both direct with RC and through agent is the same.
Once you have made your reservation, you will have a reservation number. Use this number to login to the Royal Caribbean app or My Cruise Planner before your travel so that you can purchase internet package, drinks package etc.
I believe the travel agent will also inform you of the reservation number once you have booked (I am not sure about this as I always book direct with RC).

With regards to the Wifi package, the price differs from ship to ship and sailing to sailing. I can share with you more information about the 2 packages available.
1. Voom Surf Package

There are no limitation that everyone in the cabin must buy the internet package if one guest does it. Usually there are discounts if you buy more than 1 device or if you purchase early (e.g. early bird discounts are offered).
Here are some tips for you.
A) Even if you purchase 1 device only, you can still use multiple devices individually. i.e. Once you are done with using the wifi, just logout and your companion can then login with his/her hp and use the remaining time that you are not using. So you can share out the wifi package. Just cannot login together all at once.
B) When you purchase the package, it is for everyday of your cruise, from start to end. So if you do not think you will need the wifi access for all of your cruise, you can actually purchase it onboard in the middle of your cruise.
BUT once you buy the package, you will be billed for the remaining days of your cruise even if you just want to use for that one day.
C) Price wise really depends on the sailing and ship you will be on. For my sailing on Quantum in November, the price of the Voom surf + stream is SGD 33.99 per day. I will be sailing for 10 days so that will be $339.90 for my whole cruise.
It is best that you go to "My Cruise Planner" and login with your sail date and reservation number to get an accurate quote.
