Huge brain from Nux. Is it a bit of a blunt strategy? Sure. But in the end I feel like everyone wins, and we've all learned a few things about how to hype a debut. I'm not even such a big fan of Nux. Sometimes, he's pretty annoying. But despite that, I've gotta respect his natural ability and hard work when it comes to content.
Sounded like the whole thing was a bit of an experiment in debuting - a few others have had other things happen such as Sinder's mistake getting clipped. (usually there's almost no one at the typical VTubers debut - gotta do a few things to get some basic traction which in turn builds up the followers and it has to be entertaining.

Also, for those wondering, as a regular listener to the Rant Cafe Podcast, over the course of last year, when the Final Chapter of Volume 1 was released, I can only confirm one thing, Animak, the main writer, was only willing to continue with Volume 2 if he sees enough people hyping and discussing about it. Yes, it's popular, but he needed to see if enough people were actually interested. Unfortunately, it did not look like it. Again, that's the only thing I'll confirm. I do have a conspiracy theory about whether Nux and Animak were involved in the making of Truck-chan the Vtuber. Stick around if you want. XD: On one episode, Dec. 10, 2021, featuring Yuzu the Moth Vtuber, at around the 6-minute mark (6:27), Briggs (AllDayAnime) asked Nux and Animak, "Animak and Nux, if you were to pick animal or something to make a vtuber out of, what would you choose?" To which Animak replied, "Well actually... I think we have a pretty unique idea, but we can't discuss it." And Nux followed it up with, "We DO have a pretty unique idea." And they both left it at that. I immediately thought of this hilarious concept that Nux and Animak were involved in the making of Vtuber Truck-chan when I found Truck-chan on Twitter. XD Remember though, that this "theory" is just for fun. And if this is actually the case, massive big brain move and respect to all of them involved.
well that time I thought it was a concept art contest for vtuber and would be judged by nux, animak and moist critical (typical nux video style) . the victor art would get rigged and probably be gifted to charlie or something like that. Only after I saw truckchan first time my mind clicked through that
man I figured there was probably a hint hid somewhere in the episodes but it was just too much content to sift through, thanks for letting me know though - interesting to see how long this has been in the works

I think it's great Nux is looking out for Truck-Chan by giving her debut a healthy boost. I just hope she doesn't stab him in the back like a certain mouse and pink cat did. They say no good deed goes unpunished, after all.
