Should I transform my garage loft to a office or studio?

Hi there all nice people! I am currently concidering to transform my messy garage loft are to be a future office/working area. This since I am concidering to work more from home, both on my current day job and I also want to give youtube more a chance. I also need this space since I really am a DIY guy that fix everything, and like to talk about alot of topics and trades.
Please comment if you will like to see a bit of this area be created to become a usable studio/workspace/office area! And also tell me what you would like to see videos about?
I am a engineer in electric automation, I have alot of knowledge from working with datacenters, power, cooling, security, fiber, critical infrastructure, but I also am experienced when it comes to people management, technical management. As DIY’er I am good at personnal economics, repairing stuff, mechanics, electrical, plumbing, rennivation, car, equipment repairs etc. I am really a «jack og all trades» and I love it and I love to figure things out, find solutions and to help people with things.
