I like your version, thank you for sharing! The only thing I would maybe modify is the y axis: from 0 to 100, to emphasize that the treatment reduces fluorescence by ~40%. If we don't pay enough attention, the y axis from 60 to 100 may give the impression that treatment entirely suppresses fluorescence. An alternative would be to break the axis between ~10 and 50. You can just place the symbol mu, or any other character, no need to use the unicode, but thanks for showing the option exists.
