So far no issues at all, still smooth like new I recently purchased the 3000 & 4000 as the 5000 is approx the size of a shimano 8000 Have a look at the line capacity to suit your needs & enjoy🎣
Well done boys!!! Snapper vibes! I’ve never caught one on a lure, vibe or plastic , it’s definitely something I have to tick off. As always love your work H!
A nice look at a new reel, that drag sounded amazing. You really have to pay attention to reel sizes on the add's they can put any number they like on the side there is no such thing as a standard. Other tells of size is line capacity, i think over inflated drag numbers are standard (for a ~8000 size 15kg is close, i suspect more around 12-13kg). It deffently looks good, I like the clean silver and black look. I think an important stat is the drag washer diameter size. This gives you a better idea of a reels stopping power. I have a daiwa legalias 2500 has 23mm drag washer, and a shimano sienna/ nexave and sedona all have 21mm. The little 2500 eats them and is ~80g lighter (newer sedona fj is very similar to legalias drag washer size, shallow spool = bigger drag washes). You can buy piscifun from aliexpress although it might be a little less available/ stocked.
Hey just fyi the 3000 and 4000 are exactly the same size as the shimano stella and diawa saltist weird ,,,im really digging them here in Florida we shall see after this season ,,,great review mate
@wheelieshd I was using a 6ft Xzoga Takadum pe 1-3 jig rod, Not sure what rod setup my mate was using If your unsure what setup to purchase, ask questions at your local tackle shops, let them now what your chasing
@@hkeepingitreel7441 I live in the Midwest in the USA, my local tackle shops don’t know much about saltwater fishing. 😂 I’ve been saltwater fishing with conventional gear, I’d just rather use spinning gear. Thank you for your reply!
Thanks for the video! I was looking to buy a Daiwa BG 4000 but now I just discovered this one. You have a suggestion?
