I’ve been meaning to ask…a 4-week series for curiosity, courage, & connection begins this Sunday! Our leading question, “I’ve been meaning to ask…” conveys intentionality, warmth, curiosity, and consideration. In this time of continuing disconnection and difference in our society, we seek to cultivate courageous conversations- and to keep having them, even if we need to pause. Our final question is: I’ve been meaning to ask…where do we go from here? Let’s recognize that we all have needs and that we need each other. It reminds us that we each have unique needs; we can’t assume to know what is best for others. It also prompts us to reflect on our own needs, priorities, and desires, which can sometimes be difficult to discern from one situation to the next. We believe courageous conversations have the power to change and transform us. We believe God bridges connections in unexpected ways. We commit to continuing the conversation. Join us as we plunge headlong into a question that gets to the heart of who we are, where we’re coming from, and where the Spirit calls us to go - together.
