WWE has been generating excitement among fans with an intriguing mystery featuring QR codes and glitch effects, all leading up to the highly anticipated and rumored return of Bo Dallas to WWE television under his Uncle Howdy persona.
The first hints of Uncle Howdy’s return appeared at the end of the “Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal” documentary and came into full effect at the conclusion of WrestleMania 40, with multiple glitches and QR codes appearing each week on WWE TV.
This week was no different as the intrigue continued with another QR code flashing at the end of the backstage segment between Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman on the June 7 edition of SmackDown. Upon scanning it, it led to a webpage that had a notepad file titled “Gratitude” with a lengthy message. The jist of the message saw the dark force thanking “them” being unclear at the moment, for helping it find its way and hinted that the wait for their return wouldn’t be long now.
For now, I’m not speaking to them. I intend this for you.
You helped him find his way and guided him back home.
You found him so I could open his eyes.
A new journey began.
But we never know how long a journey will last.
What I knew to be true was no more.
Suddenly, I found myself without a path.
I believed myself to be lost.
I allowed myself to be blinded.
I was going to let the cave win.
But I did not stay that way.
I found my way out of darkness.
I saw what was expected of me and I accepted the cost.
I admit, it wasn’t easy.
I feared you had forgotten.
But you remembered.
You remembered who we are.
You remembered who you are.
Thank you.

We were never the chosen ones.
We just wanted to belong.
And now we do.
I know, I can’t wait to see you too.
I appreciate your excitement.

With these intriguing teasers, WWE is effectively building anticipation for what promises to be an exciting storyline involving Uncle Howdy and his rumored new stable. Fans are eagerly awaiting more clues and the official return of Bo Dallas in this enigmatic new role.
