I agree that some don't like the metro voice, but it suits him well for a muscular character and for a quarterback, he has a good voice (for me) But with Ace, it does it well, and the remix is pretty cool. I hope that remix will be there on part 2, since on 1.5, there is the satisfacture remix with Ace.

Yes (or we can also simply call minus retrospecter, minus sakuroma and minus ace) The only thing missing is another minus ace voice (mace voice) as well as metro and maku has different voices and mace must have it in future updates (and possibly a crossover with both mods)
